“I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reputable and fairly priced mom and pop shop. All of the positive reviews are spot on. From my first call to actually bringing my car into the shop, I was treated with respect and the man over the phone and in the shop was friendly. They let me sit and wait for my car because I had no other option, even though I wasn't listed as a wait. They put a sticker for my next oil change on the windshield and had a little mat down to protect the driver's side floor. A full synthetic oil change was a little over $70. Better than any chain and cheaper than my last mom and pop shop.”
“Great result! I got t-boned in a hit and run, and these guys took such great care of me. They fixed my car fast, and it looks even better than new. They had to cut and weld and paint my car. Their work is completely invisible and is guaranteed for life. I highly recommend these pros.”

“Charles was the best help when I got a flat tire on the way to the airport. He said he would be there in thirty minutes and he showed up in less than five. He skipped picking up his lunch and getting gas because I mentioned feeling scared sitting on the side of 95 with cars flying by so close to my car. I was actually terrified for him as he hooked the car up to the truck. Charles was great company on the way to have my tire replaced as we talked about his love for his children and family. Sometimes you just have bad days, but if you find yourself needing help, this is definitely where you should get it. Not only did Charles come quicker to pick me up, he helped another car put air in a tire at a gas station because he noticed they looked a little confused. Thank you for adding good to this world Charles!”
“A first time experience dealing with body work via insurance (GEICO) and had a really reassuring stress-free process with these fine folks and an absolutely perfect finished product. They handled all wrangling with insurer and I only had to think about my deductible, plus they included a great detail when they finished. Highly recommended!”

Verone’s did an outstanding job fixing my bumper that was badly damaged on my 2012 Maxima. My car looks like new. I would definitely use Verones in the future. Additionally, they deduced $198.00 from the price as they did not have to repair the undercarriage. I am now keeping my car rather than purchase a new sedan. Excellent, professional and trustworthy shop.”

“I cannot rave enough about this auto body shop. I was referred here by 1st Rate Autobody across the street. They do all my mechanic work (fair pricing, doesn’t take advantage of women who doesn’t know anything about cars)
I got into an accident in January & the person who hit me, their insurance were not willing to pay for the damages.
Christine at the front desk of Papa Autobody was. SO SO SO helpful & made this stressful experience as smooth as it could go.
She provided every update via text, very good with communication. She dealt with the other insurance endlessly & finally got the approval I needed to get the car fixed. I can’t thank them enough!
Only two minor things:
- My car had an air pressure of 17 when I left (I spun back around & they put air in it for me)
- My back up camera wasn’t working (I brought it in the next morning for them to reprogram)
Everything was a quick & easy fix! I’d recommend them over & over again.”

Our driver Mason was great, he took care of communicating everything to the dealer we had the car transported so we didn’t even have to visit the service dept and he was actually able to locate our problem which assisted the service advisors. “I can’t recommend this auto body shop enough. The team is not only incredibly kind and honest, but they also go above and beyond to minimize any inconvenience, especially during what often can be a stressful experience.
The repair was completed promptly, my car looks brand new, and they even realigned and reattached my bumper (which had been repeatedly falling off due to a separate incident where someone had hit it and left) at no extra charge, in addition to running my car through the wash, cleaning the inside, and shining it. They took so much care with it and my car’s never looked better.
While I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon, this will absolutely be my go-to shop if I do. I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know dealing with car repairs, they made the whole process so seamless. I’m truly appreciative of their professionalism and integrity. Thank you guys so much!”

“Michael, Bear, and Crystal did a great job rescuing my dead hybrid SUV from a crazy location. My car’s electrical system broke down suddenly when I was parked in a washed out parking strip alongside a small river. This was of course late in the afternoon on a holiday weekend. After an hour of talking with multiple towing services connected to my insurance company, and being told that they didn’t have the equipment to get this type of vehicle out of the sunken embankment, I called Keyes Towing in Media. Crystal immediately understood the topography and car technical issues on the call. Michael and Crystal came out and we all spent a lot of time figuring out how to extract this car from the 2’ washout ridge and embankment. I didn’t know what caused the car to die earlier, and the car’s default state was locked in park, brakes locked, and tailgate inoperable, and battery not able to be charged, so there were a lot of unknowns about how to safely move the car. Keyes called the Count Park Rangers to manage traffic along this very narrow and curved 2-lane road. They managed to safely extract the 5000-lb SUV using some very clever techniques and got it onto the flatbed. And they delivered the car to a parking space right next to the front door of a good local repair shop so it was easy to get the car in the queue when the shop open on the following Monday.
Great save, and I even made it to a holiday dinner that evening.”

Last spring I took my car here because it was shaking and rattling and I didn’t know what was wrong.
