“I am a caregiver for a quadriplegic, and our van broke down while we were driving on Route 1. Houser's Auto Center was the closest repair shop, and I was able to get the van there in limp mode. I explained the problem and just asked for someone to give me an idea of what we needed to do. Mike came out to meet with me and do the initial diagnosis. This is someone who you want to work on your vehicle - knowledgeable, skilled, and confident in his work. He was also apologetic that we couldn't roll the wheelchair into air conditioning on a hot day, but said we'd figure that out if it became a concern. Mike had already ordered the part based on what he thought the problem was, and it turned out to be an easy repair. We were back on the road in less than an hour! Not only were we impressed by the service, but Mike made us feel like he had our backs when we needed help. I'm a stranger, but he treated me like a long-time friend.
The greatest customer service experience is the one where the customer goes away wanting to come back again. I don't live anywhere near this shop, but I'd recommend them to anyone who wants excellent service.”
