“My car broke down out of the blue on the side of the road and I picked this place solely on the fact they were open late. They diagnosed my car's problem over the phone! When I got there, they had exactly the part I needed, got me fixed up and on the road in less than 30 minutes and charged me a third of what I was expecting from another shop. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!”
“They r very nice fast nd great at what they do i came to do my brakes and rotors nd they where the cheapest then everyone else bc the others want over 230 here i only got to pay 140 hy i will most definitely be coming back or be sending people to em”
“I live Ragan Motors. They are always available and prompt when I need a car towed for one reason or another and they are a good local small business I will always use.”
“I like it when I get an invoice for a repair that actually equals the estimate! Plus, one if their mechanics steam cleaned the engine for me! Always satisfied with Graybeals!”
“Had to get an alignment and five tires for my Jeep they recommended a great brand I'm very happy with their performance and the performance of the tires thank you Wilsons”
“The mechanic that works there is very knowledgeable and polite. If what he works on isn't right you don't get your vehicle back unless it works perfect”
“Always a great experience the empress are helpful and if they don't have the party on stock they can get you what you're looking for at a reasonable price. My go to in town place for auto parts.”
“We've been using this shop for several years now, and we couldn't be happier with the service they've provided. They've worked on several of our personal vehicles and they've consistently been honest, dependable, and fair. They do quality work, communicate honestly about what needs to be done, and their pricing has always been fair and reasonable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic. They've taken great care of our vehicles, and we'll continue bringing our vehicles here for years to come.”
“The service at this location is excellent! I called last minute to ask to reschedule my estimate for an earlier time and they had no problem getting me in. I made my appointment for the repairs and just dropped my vehicle off Monday. It was estimated to be done tomorrow, but I received a call stating that it was done early. Everyone has been fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing work. I’ve had issues with other locations in the past, but this experience was so much better! They made sure they kept in constant contact with me via phone and text to provide updates. Thank you all for taking care of my vehicle!”
“After going to quite a few shops and one of them was just too busy to do my car. I went to Rogers automotives in rising Sun. This is a family-owned business, the best quickest and cheapest service, I have seen or had in a long time. I will be going to Rogers automotive for all my needs in the near future. If you want a good deal and honest service I suggest this is the people you go to.”
“Working with Javier was easy and exceptional! One of the best vehicle buying experiences we have ever had. We're definitely recommending him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!”
