“Recently visited and purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado with the help of Brandon. I was actually on the fence about purchasing since I currently own an older truck that was my pop-pops, but without major work it has become unreliable. Brandon took me through the features of this truck and we got in for the test drive. I loved the truck instantly, it is comfortable, easy to drive and has plenty of bed space for going on vacations. Coincidentally, I had actually seen this truck online while I was window shopping and enjoyed what I was seeing, but due to being unsure how to navigate my issues with the old truck I had only closed out the browser (guess this purchase was meant to be lol). I called Mr Nick a few days before Christmas to get an enhanced inspection. Not really understanding what I was getting myself into. A lot of times people will fast talk you to get you off the phone. Mr Nick took his time. Asked me some questions. He fitted me into the schedule on Friday (day after Christmas first thing) many other places were telling me I had to wait until the new year and were not even guaranteeing a particular date.
When I got to the shop. I tried to tip Mr Nick and he calmly said “no,” and gave me my change back which said something to me about the type of business they run. ??
They want above and beyond their duties to help me be in a good space with my car to pass the enhanced inspection. Giving everyone that came in to their shop the same great and quality customer service they gave me.

“I used Spina and Adams several times to have body work done and each time it was performed perfectly. It’s an unfortunate thing to have to get your car repaired but accidents happen. The most recent time an issue arose-a leak about 6 months after the repair. Without question Mike took the car and had to do investigation to find leak. It was nothing that they did wrong it was a plastic piece in the trunk. They replaced it and considered it warranty with no cost. Very professional!!”
