She gave us our space but checked in on us. We took a mattress quiz so it helped to fine tune what we would be looking for at that store. We did not buy anything our first visit but at no point did we feel the pressure to either. For that reason, we came back and purchased through Gina and overall had a positive experience.”

“oh my God, I have very little experience with buying mattresses, but this was pretty much flawless. I had stopped at a couple other mattress places while out black Friday shopping and the amount of up-selling, over-promising and blowing past my price point was impressive on the parts of these sales people. They were out to MAKE MONEY.But the team at mattress firm in Collegeville, King of Prussia and Pottstown were phenomenal. After a long day of shopping I made a turn into the wrong shopping plaza lot and I thought, I'm awfully tired and I need a mattress for my new bed. I had never heard of Mattress Warehouse, why not give them a try.Gina had me lie on the Bed Match Analyzer. “We were in need of refrigerator asap as current one broke. I contacted Gerhard’s through their website to inquire about a particular one that we had in mind. John W. reached out in less than 5 minutes to notify me that they had this one in stock and could be delivered to our home in two days. I’m so pleased with the quick response and overall delivery time. John was incredibly helpful and pleasant; he made this stressful situation so much better. We purchased a washer and dryer from Gerhard’s a couple years ago as well. We will continue to use Gerhard’s for our major appliance purchases.”

“I love small businesses as opposed to big box stores. The largest differences come by means of personalization. We were met at the door by the owner with a hello & you must be "my first name". I'm "his first name". We talked a bit about what we were looking for & were then introduced to several products. We were given all kinds of options as means to pay should we find what we wanted. We also made new discoveries & discussed the choices. This company is by appointment only & the owner leaves an hour to work with each customer. It's a far cry from watching disgruntled, underpaid sales people in malls stand around doing nothing & knowing about as much. I give this place 5 stars with high recomendations.”

“Casper beds are great, but pricey! Reminds me of the adage: "you get what you pay for!" I like the fact that the sales rep took his time to explain all the features for the mattresses, pillows and bed frames. He even encouraged (my wife and I) to lay on the display bed(s) to experience the comfort level and massage features! After our visit here, we're seriously considering upgrading to a king sized Casper bed unit!”

“Ordered our mattress a few years ago and put on our box springs...which was ok but didn't work well after some time as it was too heavy for the frame and even though we reinforced with boards it sagged. We just ordered and installed the steel platform frame and mahogany headboard and it's souch more comfortable. Love it!”

“Originally went to The Dump which is located next door and were so dissatisfied with the prices and lack of customer service that we left and went to M and M! So glad we did because this place is great! The owner is so friendly and professional. Prices blow away The Dump and its more organized and easy to find what you need and want. Lots of styles, colors, fabrics, finishes and sizes of furniture to choose from. You will find what you want here. We got huge 10ft x 10ft sectional sofa & over sized ottoman (plush soft fabric); 3 Queen size BR sets (bed, dresser, mirror and night stand); 2 Queen size mattress and box spring sets and a cool bird cage lamp for less than 6,900 dollars delivered! We got a nice discount for buying so much which was equal to a little more than the cost of delivery so it's like we got delivery free of charge. That's great! I will go back when I need anything else.”
