“I purchased an item from an auction house in PA while living out of state. The auction house provided this business with my information and they provided a quote to pick up, pack, and ship the item. The quote was reasonable given the careful handling needed of an antique. The item was picked up promptly and the business had great communication. When it arrived, I found the item exceptionally well packaged. UPS couldn't have done it much damage had they drop kicked it. Needless to say I'm quite pleased with their service.”

“Great experience, recently, in talking with Ryan in their technology department. That initial conversation gave confidence which motivated me to buy a laptop from this location, and to subscribe to a service contract - the former was on a backburner, and the latter was out of character for me.
Great customer service! Ryan was very helpful as I evaluated their various tech service offerings, as well as computers. And, so I spent a fair amount of time there - during which time it was clear that the other staff there also demonstrated friendly, professional, effective customer service. Great value-add!”

“My experience in shipping a grandfather clock across the US with TSI was favorable. Total time from AZ to PA was a little over a month (that included the holiday season) and I received e-mails giving me status reports of its progress. I received two calls in advance (one to set up a time for delivery and another to confirm the day prior) and the gentlemen who delivered it were considerate and careful. The service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. As for the less favorable reviews, the shipping process is always fraught with peril and only as strong as its weakest link.”

“Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been using this post office since I moved here in 2017 and the folks that work here have ALWAYS been kind, patient and helpful. They are always willing to give me advice on how to best ship my items from my small business as well as help me better understand what works best for them. They’ve even gone so far as helping me make sure all my passport docs were in order without an apt (there wasn’t a line of people behind me) of which I really appreciated because that whole process was very confusing. “I needed to find a place in a hurry to ship something to DC overnight. I walked in at 5:38 and I was 12th in line and there was one lady behind the counter. I thought there's no way I'm getting to the counter before this place closes at 6pm. People had things that needed to be wrapped, weighed, sorted, and sent. The lady behind the counter was like an octopus. She was working the register with one hand, wrapping withe other, giving people who walked in with pre wrapped packages directions on where to put their stuff. She was amazingly good at her job as well as being engaging and nice. I walked out at 5:58. 20 minutes in and out with 11 people in front of me (2 behind me eventually). What a great experience.”

“I just had to take a large, heavy box to FedEX since it was supposed to be picked up at my residence and was never picked up. This location is very easy to get to and if you can read you will have no trouble following the signs to the customer location. It is very well marked.The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful since I am handicapped, and he helped me with the package and even brought me my receipt. A very good experience.”
“When in need of office supplies Staples is where I shop. To have a store associate there when you need them is more often difficult. This time it wasn’t. Still I had to find him. I wanted ink cartridges for my fountain pen but they are no longer in stock. I did get my various ballpoint refills though. Whenever I am in the store I check to see if common graphite pencils softer than #2 are stocked. Extra Soft Ticonderoga graphite pencils are what I like to use.”
