“I stumbled across this place during a Google search for local hardware because I needed a copy of a key that couldn't be done at those kiosk things. Glad I came! Excellent customer service and now I have a mini home depot I can come to!”

“A great hardware store is hard to find these days and Snyders' fits the bill ! They have everything u could possibly need and will order hard to find items with fast delivery.”

“I love these folks. They know their stuff and they know how to make it work. They even have a lamp fixing service. The staff has always been cheerful and helpful. Love supporting a local business Did know that Branmar hardware is a sister store? I drive across town be side they are with it. have not found them to cost more than the big box national chins that suck the blood out of our local community and in the long run, because of their help, I get things done right and I don’t have to keep going back to get something else or a different fix for a problem.”
1812 Marsh Road, Branmar Plz #501A, Wilmington DE 19810
“Walked in. Asked young team member where the small nuts and bolts and washers were. He showed me and helped make sure I chose the right pieces and then another fella came to help with a sprinkler and hose issue. He thought outside the box and I avoided using AM@##@... And drove home and solved all my problems inside of 10 min.”
3301 Lancaster Pike #5a, Wilmington DE 19805
“Everyone here is always very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and they often have items that the big box stores don’t carry. Easy place to do a propane tank exchange as well. Highly recommended!”

“This store just moved to a new location. It's fully stocked with everything you will need, no reason to drive to HomeDepot. The owners are so helpful, you'd think they were running a non-profit organization.”
11 South Chester Road, Swarthmore PA 19081
“After going to Home Depot and having no luck I went to Ace Hardware no luck, went to Lowes and they gave me the drain cap I needed, but it was to small and he measured the one I brought with me from my basement so my last shot I decided to take a ride to Swarthmore Hardware store I was able to buy the right size love this store”

“These guys are awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I walked in today not knowing what to expect but from the second I walked in I was well taken care of. I brought with me an old piece of siding that I could not match the color/style using products from local hardware and big box stores. Within minutes the staff identified the exact color, grain, and style. They also located it and had it shipped to their store for me to pick up the next day. If I could give an extra star I would. Most places like this don't have time for the little man (homeowners like me). They only deal with contractors and big companies. That's not the case here! I felt valued shopping here. Thank you S.G. Williams”
315 New Rd, Wilmington DE 19805
“Friendly helpful staff. In fact when multiple customers showed up while we were in the fireplace/lighting show room a quick call for more staff had all customers receiving first class attention. They had good selection of gas and electric fireplace. And while the staff was attentive, answering questions easily, they also allowed us to just browse.”
1000 Randall Avenue, Boothwyn PA 19061
“Was a little nervous heading into Delaware County Supply as a female DIYer and not a contractor. No employees approached me in the store or the yard but I headed to the customer service counter and was pointed in the right direction. One of the lumber yard employees helped me find and price options for my project. Everyone was kind and helpful. I’ve been back a couple times to pick up additional supplies and the staff has even remembered me and asked how everything going. It’s great to have this store as an option other than just the big box stores!”
3500 Lancaster Pike, Wilmington DE 19805
“Great convient lumber store, friendly service, they make cuts the way you want, and the lumber is kept indoors. Much preferred over the big stores like home Depot!”

“You have a true gem of employee: Gabe at the propane dock. I came in because the open/close valve on the onboard tank of my rv had an issue. He was working so hard but took a moment to look at it. His recommendations lead me to finding a effective solution. The care and kindness he puts into his work, training other employees, and the customers is truly unmatched. Anytime I’m in Delaware, I will find a reason to fill up my propane at this place! I hope you never loose Gabe! Give him a raise and take care of him! Genuine, kind, and effective workers don’t always come around easily.”

“Been working on some large new construction and renovation projects in the area with Greg Favano. Could not be more pleased with the relationship we have built with Cooper through Greg. He is extremely responsive, quick to get pricing, request clarification and even suggest value engineering where it seems appropriate. His efforts to work with me and my team have left us feeling a sincere sense of comfort knowing that when an order is placed, its handled and we don't ever need to follow up. This location has been timely with deliveries and quick to help settle and billing discrepancies that arise, few though they have been. The only wish I have with this location is that they would deal with Square D equipment as these seem to be the standard our engineers differ to. Other than that, we greatly appreciate the hard work performed by Cooper and its associates like Greg.”

“I just stopped in for directions, and all three of the gentlemen there were so kind and helpful. One pulled out his phone and give me the specific directions that I needed to get my foster dog there for her EKG. Both Fluffy and I thank you so much for the help! Oh, and Wyndom Terrace rocks! 😂”

“I’ve been going here since the mid 90’s and not a single thing has changed. Their customer service is over the top. Most times they jump right on the job and finish while you wait. I highly recommend Delri!”
3600 Miller Rd, Wilmington DE 19802
“I had an idea of what I wanted when I went to the store in Philly. Laurel listened to me and offered to show me different pieces based on what I was looking for. I am so happy I agreed to her suggestion. I was indecisive and kept going back and forth about a couple of things. She patiently discussed everything with me, answered all my questions, and gave me several swatches for me to consider. She also emailed me the three different options I was considering. There was no pressure to purchase anything. Laurel was kind, patient, respectful, and an overall pleasure to work with.”

“Kept quietly behind the fence near the the liberty is a hardware store with many great prices. I went here to get a set of keys made and they was cheap and fast. But most importantly got it right the first time. If you want to support local businesses in Chester and want a fast quality product, these are your go to guys.”
317 Westtown Rd #1, West Chester PA 19382
“Michelle helped me find a part which I cannot find anywhere else because it’s for a really old hydrant and the part is probably out of production. She helped me order it from the other Ferguson branch. Although it took a few days for the part to be delivered to West Chester, it’s worth the wait because the part fits my outdoor hydrant perfectly. This is a good store.”
1100 Township Line Road, Chester PA 19013
“Very helpful even though I was notably the last customer of the day! They had closed the tile garage by the time I got outside, but a gentleman in the yard on a fork lift helped me anyway! Thanks guys”
200 Garfield Ave, West Chester PA 19380
“I’ve been buying my materials here for 25 years these guys are always fast efficient and friendly and if I’m in Westchester is the only place I’m going to go for my supplies”

“Went in this morning looking for a new control board for my heater that had failed the night before. Chris went above and beyond to source me a new one as it was considered obsolete. With his help I was able to get my system up and running befire the coldest night of thr year set in. Will be coming back in future.”

“I found everything I needed and they're very good products but the price has got out of hand everyone's using covid-19 it's Creed corporate greed mismanagement of the stores you can walk the stores see the products that are damaged just by Fork trucks moving stuff around if there were more careful they can increase their profit by diamond ring less and bring the prices down plus the Isles are very very cluttered very bad for business and liability issues in my opinion but I don't mind it just store or stores or I can guarantee you they would be clean all the time and not cluttered we're causing a safety issue”
1028 Morton Avenue, Chester PA 19013
“John Fitzgerald is awesome! Thanks for always being so personable and knowledgeable at what you do. Spending as many hours as we do in the field it’s nice to experience excellent customer service. Thanks brother! I will be back everytime I’m in town! Thanks Re Micheal for having great guys.”
