“My service of Jcpenny was very good , there was a nice women named Sara R who helped me very professionally and patience to help me find what I was looking for and the service I needed , but when I went to customer service on the same day 09/17/2024 at 12:15pm on the second floor there was this lady she looked a little older for her age that after she pulled up the information I needed she chose not to help me at all very rude and disrespectful at the same time but that lady Sara was very respectful and kind hearted and I appreciate her overall for her service .”

“Great grocery store. Doesn't look like one on the outside, but it has a bunch of canned food, dry goods, and other things. They apparently get overstock from the big box places, so they can afford to sell at a discount. Wish I knew about this month's ago.”
“When they run sales, they can't be beat. But you really need a few extra employees. There's no assistance when you need it, and only one register is open with a long line. That said, you need an employee to maintain order in your shoe department. I believe the Tasmanian Devil works in there”
“I recently visited the Carters location in Moosic, PA to purchase clothes for my toddler while traveling. We are residents in Miami, FL and I must just say the customer service between both stores is like night and day. The store I visit in Miami has tables held up by receipt rolls and staff that is anything but helpful, unfortunately we expect that here. When I stopped at the location in Moosic, PA I was instantly greeted! I couldn't believe they said hello to me and not in robotic spewing off the phrase of the day style .. a generous "Welcome to Carters Oshkosh are you looking for anything in particular?" I browsed around, found an adorable sleeper but couldn't find it in 24 months, the employees could easily tell I was struggling looking for an item and the manager, Laura, approached me and helped me find my size. It might seem silly to some to let that be an experience that sticks with you, but for me it made my shopping that much more enjoyable and excited I ventured out rather than the typical online shopping I'd normally do. “I stopped by to purchase a gift card for a friend's birthday.
This location was quite busy.
After a short (less than 5 minutes) wait in line, a very helpful and pleasant person understood my request and immediately hooked me up with a gift card. I chose the amount, paid, got the card and walked out in seconds.

“Little Angels’ Closet is a hidden gem in Old Forge! ? Alexis and her kind staff go above and beyond, it’s very clear. You can feel right away how much heart she pours into this store… they have a great selection of clothing, shoes and accessories and the prices are super affordable. I love my purchases!!!
What makes this store even more special is that a portion of proceeds goes to help rescue pets that serve veterans. As a fellow dog mom, I love knowing my purchase supports such a meaningful cause. ?
