“Great place to get all of your fishing supplies. Small place but packed with everything you need including live bait, lures, poles and Pa State fishing licenses. If the door is locked just ring the bell and someone will be there in a snap. Prices are spot on as well. Same or cheaper than the big box places ... Plus they are locally owned and operated.”

Old age doesn’t come alone, so now his shop is more a hobby and kept alive by loyal customer base and word of mouth and is only open a few hours a day, but he is the best at many things and the shop is nostalgic.”

“I mistakenly picked up a size 11 woman's sneaker while on a trip and didn't realize it until we returned home. Our local store didn't have the same shoe in stock. So I thought I was out of luck. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told my shoe could be ordered and delivered to my house. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes and the shoes I wanted arrived less than a week later. “For many years, I’ve been coming here and I just wanted to give a nice compliment to CJ. He is wonderful. He always always treats people so kindly he doesn’t have any of that weird flirty stuff. He’s just a nice genuine guy. He’s not pushy. He’s not ignorant he’s just helpful and considerate to all of his customers and treat the young ones that come In the exact way, he treated us old heads He really deserves a big thank you and I’m actually leaving this hoping that upper management reads it and knows just what a great job he’s done over The time that I’ve been there mention names, but there is a worker there who is a manager and he’s not as kind as CJ. “As with most Aero stores, it's very cramped and hard to maneuver. It's a little nerve racking because every one is on top of one another. Another things that also frustrates me is that they mostly stock the store with XS and S. Not everyone can fit these sizes; it discourages me from even trying to find something I like when the likelihood of my size being available is so slim. HOWEVER, I did encounter a very enthusiastic and helpful staff member. Going out of her way to find select styles that I liked in my size helped me to narrow my choices. I visit this location frequently and she's always so helpful, which keeps me coming back. If there's anything for me here, I can count on her to help me find it!”

My cousin had accidentally left his wallet in my brother’s car, and my brother was already halfway home before realizing it. I suggested they drop the wallet off at this store since I’ve always known the staff here to be trustworthy and professional.
Sure enough, they came through—no hesitation, just kindness and integrity. The wallet was kept safe, and my cousin was able to come by later and retrieve it with everything intact. It may seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to us.
It’s not just about great service when you’re shopping—they’re genuinely good people. Thanks again for helping us out when it mattered!”
“I visited the wb store today and was not happy with the staff or the supplies on hand so I took a drive to the Dickson City store. From the moment I walked into this Dicks i was elated at how organized everything was. I was greated by a very nice young man named Sam (Samson). He asked us if we needed any assistance and we definitely used his knowledge to the fullest capacity. As he helped us with youth baseball supplies there weren't any sizes we needed on the floor. This young man Sam went in the back and found the size for us. He helped us with helmets, baseball gloves, cup, and heart guard shirt. I just wanted to thank Sam for all his assistance. More associates can learn positive customer service from this exceptional young man.”

“I had to bring my granddaughter here to get fitted for her cheer uniform. I was unaware that I needed to have a appointment. I drove over an hour to get there. The gentleman in the store could not have been nicer and did not make me or my granddaughter feel like we made a mistake. He graciously called the woman who does the fittings and asked if she was anywhere in the area. Thankfully she was and came right over with her mother who she was spending time with. She as well could not have treated me and my granddaughter any kinder. My granddaughter was so excited about getting fitted for her cheer outfit as this will be her first time cheering. She was bopping with excitement and Beradine talked to her and showed her everything even though we were on her time. This was such a pleasant experience! I truly thank them for their kindness and willingness to accommodate my mistake. Great people in this business! I commend you both as that is a rarity to find these days. I truly thank you both!”
