Came across Universal auto repair and they great reviews, so I decided to make an appointment. Explained exactly what I was experiencing when driving. At first glance they couldn’t pin point the issue but with a bit more info from me they figured it out. Also had inspections/emission and daylight replaced. Will be taking my vehicle to them going forward. If looking for a trustworthy and friendly shop this is the one. Highly recommend ?”
“Had a screw in my tire. Made an appointment for 9am, got to Dempster’s at 8:15. They took my car early, fixed the tire and charged me NOTHING! now that’s customer service. I’ll be back to Dempsters next time. Also I loved the golden Cooper!”

“Took my car into Auto Doctor because I had a bad valve stem. Ron and his team checked it out and replaced in - meanwhile they let me know my headlight was out and asked if I’d like that replaced as well!
They got me in and out in about an hour - when I called like 30 mins before. The pricing can’t be beat! Ron and his team are professional and knowledgeable.
I’ll definitely be returning to Auto Doctor for any car needs I have in the future.”
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment!! My college student’s car passed inspection (at a place near home) but they told us the rear brakes needed to be replaced. They were headed back to school so I called a well known chain near campus that was running a “brake special” and after looking at the car they told me it needed over $1700 worth of work. I declined and sent her over to pick up the car—when she went to pick it up they told her not to drive the car more than 25 miles without bringing it back in to have the wheels tightened….WHAT??? Enter Wynnewood Park Service. I called and spoke to Dennis who patiently answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment to look at the car. We had to reschedule the appointment due to the snowstorm, but they looked at the car this morning and it needs….NOTHING—at least not right now. He said the brakes will need replacing but not immediately and that I could safely wait til later in the spring/summer to do the work. He also gave me an estimated cost that was far more reasonable than the first place. As a single mom with a college kid on a fairly tight budget I deeply appreciated his honesty and his explanations of what he found and what would be needed. It was refreshing to work with a shop who operates with such integrity!!!! This will give me time to budget for the work, rather than having to put it on my credit card and I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to Wynnewood Park Service in the spring to have the work done before graduation!!”

I was in a loaner from them while they worked on my car (drove 2 hrs for my dream car Subaru Legacy). Got rear ended with the Lexus and became a loss unfortunately but they didn’t ask me about the car when I told them they asked about ME. You don’t get hospitality like that from any dealership you may go to. Few weeks later I got another car but do plan on doing business with them again. “I needed a tire valve replacement that had me grounded in the middle of a desperate job emergency. Although the shop was fully booked for the day, Bram, the service manager, and Rell, the technician, took care of the inspection and repair, all in the most express service ever. They were remarkably understanding, very respectful, and excessively professional. They were not only rapid and very clean, but also went extra miles to neatly replace the spare tire and tools in the factory-release order and add some missing parts. “Was having trouble with my 2013 Ram 1500. Was a service engine light with a transmission fault code. Took it to Meenan Transmissions and they told me the likely problem and recommended repairs needed. John gave me a price and said they would have the work done by Friday.
Friday came and i recieved a call saying my truck was complete.
The truck runs great, shifts properly and engine light gone.
I am very happy with the price and service i received. I would recommend anyone to go here with out hesitaion.

“They're busy and you should call ahead to schedule appointments. I've been using their service for over three years and I've had issues where I drop off the car the night before, but they forgot about it, and serviced it late the following day. I've experienced the typical upselling techniques of pushing products when unnecessary so make sure you know what you're going in to; however, I continue to return and do business with them because of proximity convenience and are consistent with pricing. I give them four stars because they're seriously lacking in the customer service department. They could use some "soft" skills such as simply saying "good-bye" or "thanks" at the end of transactions. I feel like I'm being rushed on the phone or in the store, similar to ordering takeout at a local restaurant.”
