Anahi explained my options, informed that they were open until 5pm on Christmas Eve, and welcomed a phone call if I had more questions or wanted to stop by.
I chose to make the 15 minute trip, reviewed my phone options, and walked out with a new phone, ready-to-go, with a package price that included case and screen protector. Sure, I could have saved a few bucks and purchased online, but Anahi's service was priceless, as she was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful.
