“Eric is the man! So I expected to need a new charging port. Eric takes my phone and in less than 2 minutes he cleans the port so it worked. I felt silly but he explained that it just takes experience. He was professional and courteous and explained how to prevent the issue in the future. If I need repair, I come, I ask for Eric now. Awesome experience”

Our friend Yovani walked us through all of our choices, found ways to save more and get more with our plan, and stayed past closing time to make sure everything was working properly.
