“If you need to get a passport especially if you have a child - I highly recommend this location. Not only are they polite, professional and efficient they are very accommodating to children. Donna was wonderful with my son - she even gave him a sticker and slime to keep him entertained. I did not catch the other woman’s name but she helped to make the appointment run smoothly by taking our pictures and making me additional copies. We had a wonderful experience at this location!”

“Stopped by this store today and was dropping off a regular return but since I'm traveling I don't have access to easily package and wrap it myself. “I created two posters for the upcoming Diwali celebration for Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital. The colors of the posters were not accurate due to my CMYK file printed as an RGB file. What was a purple brown background should have been a beautiful Magenta. Stephanie, at Staples, Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA. dedicated herself to make sure this project was perfect. Nicole, Manager, and Abigail also helped. Chris, Manager of printing at Staples, Union Blvd, Bethlehem, also made sure this project was stunning ! I am hoping that they realize what an impact they have made with these two beautiful posters. Even two women behind me, who I didn't know, said 'wow ... look at these beautiful posters'. I highly recommend Staples at Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA and Staples at Union Blvd., Bethlehem, PA !!”

Tom has always been helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to just have a small chat with while going through the process of getting the items ready to ship. I have had my kids in with me before and he’s pleasantly interacted with them and gave them coloring books which made their day. I love the small town feel of this PO and I don’t take my business anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. Thanks for all your help Mr. Tom!”

“The clerk Jessica at Red Hill is so kind, professional and thorough with each customer. She was a big help today checking into tracking a letter. Dear friends and neighbors, you don’t have to drive to Green Lane to find the nicest clerk anymore! Though as far as I know, they are still nice there, too. East Greenville is decent. Clerks are professional and competent. More convenient parking and closer to Walmart.”
“I frequent this post office for my business. Every single time they are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. James, the clerk there, always gives me the best advice on how to ship my items. He always greets me and has a very positive attitude. It makes me so upset that every time without fail I hear at least 2 or 3 people getting bilegerant and angry at the workers for issues that they have no control over, the prices , their mail being lost, something about their postal delivery person. They do alot all day including passports and it isn't right that they get people getting mad at them. their job is to take the mail and packages, weigh it and put the postage on according to the computer. I have never had a bad experience here.”
