“First visit to this Giant location. It's larger and has a greater selection than the Giant closer to my home. Employees were very helpful, helping me find specialty items. Lots of cashier lanes were available, so there was no wait in line. The cashier was also helpful.”
“I highly recommend Lionville Natural Pharmacy, and its head pharmacist Michael Briggs (PharmD). My insurance company suddenly raised its co-pay on one of my prescription medications, to a prohibitive sum. As an allergy to one of the filler-ingredients meant that I could not take the generic that they offered, I was left scrambling to find a new, affordable source of the med. Having had great experiences with Lionville Pharmacy over the past decade in relation to other prescriptions, I asked Mike Briggs if he could help me with this new, urgent situation. He was extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful, and within a week he was able to provide me with a replacement compound of the drug that utlized a neutral, higher quality filler ingredient. As such, I now have a reliable source for my meds---I know where they come from, and exactly what's in them---and I pay a very affordable price indeed for this peace of mind.”

“Hands down best pharmacy around! Jeremy and Krish are friendly and helpful. Krish Patel spent so much time explaining the differences in HRT and helped troubleshoot some user issues I was dealing with. They text you to remind you to refill and text when it’s ready. Both Jeremy and Krish helped me get my meds in the most cost effective way. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore but I’m glad I found it here.”
“It has been such a great experience since we transferred all prescriptions to the pharmacy at the Acme in Chester Springs. We used to wait in line forever at CVS and we just became frustrated in going there. We never wait more than a minute at the Acme Pharmacy and they are kind and pleasant there. “I love this pharmacy. Douglas, the regular pharmacist isn’t the most outgoing person, but he gets things done under very high pressure and is unflappable. The staff in the pharmacy (Miranda and Micki and the woman with the Slavic(?) accent and the Indian woman) are all wonderful to interact with. The rest of the store experience can be a crapshoot visit to visit, but with so many pharmacies closing, I will keep supporting this one for as long as possible.”
“Kevin and the team go above and beyond! Always kind, polite, and thorough with follow-ups. They quickly fill my Yorkie’s prescription and, if refills run out, they proactively contact our vet to ensure there’s no delay. Now that we’re out of town, they ship to Delaware promptly and hassle-free. Not many pharmacists are this diligent—highly recommend!”

“This pharmacy and the employees that work there are incredible! I had an rx that was out of stock and on back order at the pharmacies in my area. I called this pharmacy and the woman I spoke with was so helpful and kind and amazing on the phone. She took care of everything for me while I was on my way, even without a script in hand. 45 minutes later when I arrived, the prescription was ready to go. It was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. I wish they were closer to me because I’d for sure make them my regular pharmacy!”
“Sometimes someone is just so fantastic at their job that you feel like you want to spread the word. Linh, a longstanding pharmacist at Paoli Acme is just fabulous at her job in every way. First she is friendly to me and lots of other customers — she calls us by name and makes us feel like it’s a neighborhood pharmacy. Second she goes above and beyond in helpfulness. She fills our scripts promptly, researches issues if there’s a problem, goes out of her way to suggest coupons or other ways to access meds we need, and has even spent days helping us resolve a protracted problem with our insurance. It’s a demanding and busy job and she is unfailingly hardworking, helpful, accurate and kind. Bottom line, she’s the best kind of pharmacist and Paoli Savon is lucky to have her.”

“The Pharmacy at this CVS location has consistently gone out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and communicative. They respond to voice mails and app messages promptly and have jumped through every hoop my insurance company has thrown at them with a smile. When I switched to a new medication for a condition, they immediately noticed the potential conflict between the old and new medications and talked to me about it to make sure I was using them safely. I have had some frustration getting one med that is very popular right now and very expensive, but that frustration has been the fault of the insurance company (I suspect that is also true of some of the negative reviews here) and CVS has done everything possible to make sure I get the meds I need at the lowest possible cost. Highly recommend!”

“Service better than at most of the CVS locations in the area that I have frequented. Restroom was dirty on my visit today. There is a service sign-off form attached to back of door for employees to check off. More accustomed to seeing that sort of thing at bus depots and truck stops. It’s not working, at least not today. Overall though, I have had good experiences at this CVS locations.”
