“We walk in today to renew my passport and my friend to get a new one. We luck out, Jason, postmaster was on duty. He is friendly, efficient, calm and put you at ease. If all the employees are like him, everyone will likely come back to the place. He should get an award from the Postal office, hope all the postmasters like him. He got us out from there in no time and still able to serve regular customers. Thank you..”

“I been taking my mail here for the past 9 years now .the mail lady here is always helpful making sure I get a receipt and if I need shipping boxes crossing out old bar codes I forgot to and very pleasant..

“I've worked with a lotta post offices in the SE PA area. This is the best I've had experience with, bar none. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They understand my needs as a decent sized customer and make my life easy. I really couldn't ask for more. My total incoming/outgoing volume is around 600 packages a year for perspective. So not a ton but enough for it to be a real pain if they weren't so great.”
“Staff is always there keeping the place clean, decorating, helping customers answer questions, and are always exceptionally friendly. I go here over the Kennett Square USPS despite being only a few yards away from the Kennett location.”
“Things at Gap post seemed to have improved drastically. I have a good feeling its because a retired Command Sargeant Major from US Army is there. A retired Sargeant Major always does seem to change attitudes where ever they work.”
“I like this post office, the lady working there is nice and friendly. She not that talkative, but for me that's just fine. I usually have packages that already have prepaid labels, so i just drop off and go. I appreciate the quickness. I don't ever have to worry about them, not scanning my packages.”
“I have never really had an issue with this place, except few years back their was terrible grumpy lady at the desk, that didn't say anything to you walked and acted like you are nuisance. I love my mail carriers though. I never had any major issues with packages being lost/or opened. they been damaged but i don't think it's necessarily their fault.”

“I have to say, I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I’ve shipped things out on several occasions, purchased stamps, gotten deliveries and never had an issue. Everyone has always been friendly when I’ve gone in. It can get cramped when there’s a several people because it’s small, but I’ve never had to wait long to get assistance.”

“Finally came in ! I drove by this locations thousands of times and kept forgetting about it.Finally came in and drop off some mail. Very tinny inside but the post lady was so nice and friendly. Cozy location!”
