“I had an excellent experience at CK Car Connection. Passed by the convenient location in Scranton and saw a Honda I liked. Checked out the car in the rain but set time to come back tomorrow. Craig sent me info I requested on the car and answered my questions. Test drive went well and a fair price was given with the paperwork plate etc all in the price. A few signatures later I was in a like new used car. Worth stopping by as he seems to carry more popular and reliable model cars than other spots. Bonus points for having a friendly Dalmatian mascot that likes a good pet.”

Rinaldi Auto Sales is honestly one of the best places around. Every time I go there, I’m treated like someone who actually matters. They’ll help just about anyone, no matter what kind of problem you’re having, and they always do solid, honest work.
I also had my ignition interlock device through them. Yeah, the price might feel a little on the higher side, but after seeing what the techs deal with, it’s fair. Honestly, the interlock companies these days are a bit of a scam — I’ve been wrongfully violated and charged more times than I can count — but Rinaldi and his guys always did everything they could to get me calibrated and back on the road.
They don’t take advantage of people and they actually care, which is rare these days. I trust them completely. These guys are ACES.”

“Besten's was absolutely great. I had gotten into a small collision that required front grill work- the office was quick to call me back, dealt with the insurances and rental car for me and were very knowledgable, and polite. It's also very clean inside (surprising for a garage!) Tony called me personally when my car was finished to explain everything to me in detail. What I thought was going to take at least 1-2 weeks only took a few days and they did a phenomenal job! My car looks brand new. “I had a very good experience with TNT Auto Sales. I found the staff friendly and accommodating. More importantly, shortly after I purchased my vehicle from them, I had a serious problem with the rear axle. When I called to talk with the owner, he immediately offered to pay for a replacement axle, even though I had purchased the vehicle "as is." What I consider important is that he made his offer voluntarily before I ever raised the issue of compensation.”
