“I went to a Verizon store in Pennsylvania to transfer a line and prior to that I tried to do it New Jersey and was given such a run around I was in Pennsylvania and stopped in a Verizon store and dealt with a woman named Nyla she was amazing she did it so quickly and was so knowledgeable and pleasant. I’ve never experienced a such a great person she was excellent and definitely needs the recognition Nyla was amazing”

“It seems this business is no longer operating. I stopped by the location listed and was told that said location was just the headquarters for stores that were closed down during COVID. I’m not quite sure what that means…..headquarters for stores that don’t exist.??? Anyway, the guy who answered the door told me I could get a new screen protector from Amazon. It’s a shame….this business had lots of great reviews in the past.”
