“Rodney is the king of customer service! I have never had a better experience buying a phone or anything for that matter. He is patient, most knowledgeable and genuinely wonderful! He helped us work through our very old plan to get us the best for our family. He did everything he could to give us the best deal while thoroughly explaining everything to us. He joyfully celebrated with us our sons first phone. An absolute pleasure to converse with, he made the whole experience just absolutely magical! I could not have had a more incredible experience. It's very easy to find as it's in the Stroud Mall right at the main entrance to the right. They have a pretty big selection in cell phones and accessories. I am in love with the service that AT&t provides. It's super fast 5G. They also have good deals going on at all times. I found that they are actually cheaper the most other competitors. If you want great customer service and quality cell phone service then I would choose AT&t. I highly recommend this location as I said the customer service is excellent.”

“I went to a Verizon store in Pennsylvania to transfer a line and prior to that I tried to do it New Jersey and was given such a run around I was in Pennsylvania and stopped in a Verizon store and dealt with a woman named Nyla she was amazing she did it so quickly and was so knowledgeable and pleasant. I’ve never experienced a such a great person she was excellent and definitely needs the recognition Nyla was amazing”
