Even though it wasn’t their problem to fix and they could have just easily turned me away, Jarrad and Amanda helped me fix the problems I originally called customer service about including getting the return label I needed for a product I needed to send back, and getting money back that I was owed. They were very professional, fast and efficient, and explained all my charges, credits, and billing questions in detail. “Highly recommend! Allison was on time, friendly, professional, and offered me great advice when I asked questions. She repaired my Iphone screen quickly and it came out great! Best part is they come to you, so I didn't have to leave my home! Prices seem to be the same as other stores and I didn't even have to waste time traveling or gas.... So it's actually a deal! She traveled about half hour to my place. Definitely worth it!”

“100% recommend this Boost Mobile store. I have not met nicer and more helpful people. My galaxy s10e wasn't 5g compatible so I had to buy a new phone or lose service. After searching every Boost Mobile near me and getting no where they were my last hope. Thankfully they had one phone left and were kind enough to put it to the side until I could get there, which was 1.5 hours from where I live.
