“Throughout the year, I frequent multiple local post offices for business and each location has pros and cons.The staff in Sciota, PA checks all the boxes for customer service: efficient and personable interaction along with knowledgeable information plus the lobby is appropriately decorated and the interior is spotless.Michael is the window clerk and he ROCKS with his helpfulness and great demeanor towards my inquiries and packages.Another female sorting mail and works behind the scenes but ready with a smile and greeting!Oftentimes, I drive OUT OF MY WAY which is an additional 3 miles, to bring my postal business to this location.Great service here always!!”

“This location has yet to give me any problems. When you need to drop off a package, they’re there to take care of it - as long as there are no issues with your package, it takes almost no time at all and you’re in/out as the snap of a finger! The staff is also really nice and there’s a lot of parking space too.
The only complaint I have is the hours, only open 4hrs most days at 4pm? That’s tricky and not everyone in the area can conveniently stop by during that window. I guess that’s why USPS is open from the morning until 5pm…”

“I don’t know anybody from this post office it’s not even my post office, but I had a package in limbo. It traveled more then I did in my life time. I called this post office and an angel picked up (Dawn) I explained what was happening and she found my package (which was a zip code era) 18327 was supposed to be 18328. If not for Dawn my package would have took another journey to wherever.Ty again Dawn and enjoy the pizza?”

“The monument in front of this office really serves as an INSPIRATION (*see pictures*)! The office itself is in order & productive! The courier was super nice & attentive! This branch is easily worth at least one visit to see the outside & inside! There are also historic markers located outside the office to give an insight as to how Tatamy was given it's name which is really fascinating!”
