“I had to ship collectible cars to another country that the postal service wasn’t able to. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their rates were half of what the UPS store wanted to charge to ship to the same destination. I’d definitely use them again.”
“I had this total pain in the butt situation that I found myself regarding a title transfer and a vehicle refinance that no one had the solutions to. Not even Linda at first, but she sat down with me and patiently helped me through it. It took a while because the process was very arduous and annoying. But she eventually got it taken care of for me and saved me a couple grand as well.
Linda was also extremely friendly and helpful all throughout. She was extremely patient in explaining the process to me and I will definitely be back in the future”

“Lilly in the print shop is the best! We had an issue with wedding programs we had printed -- and were on our way out of town to our venue. Despite it being a busy day at Staples she made sure we got new programs printed and trimmed in time for the wedding. “Throughout the year, I frequent multiple local post offices for business and each location has pros and cons.The staff in Sciota, PA checks all the boxes for customer service: efficient and personable interaction along with knowledgeable information plus the lobby is appropriately decorated and the interior is spotless.Michael is the window clerk and he ROCKS with his helpfulness and great demeanor towards my inquiries and packages.Another female sorting mail and works behind the scenes but ready with a smile and greeting!Oftentimes, I drive OUT OF MY WAY which is an additional 3 miles, to bring my postal business to this location.Great service here always!!”

“I don’t know anybody from this post office it’s not even my post office, but I had a package in limbo. It traveled more then I did in my life time. I called this post office and an angel picked up (Dawn) I explained what was happening and she found my package (which was a zip code era) 18327 was supposed to be 18328. If not for Dawn my package would have took another journey to wherever.Ty again Dawn and enjoy the pizza?”
“Went to this location today for my sons passport appointments and everything went smoothly! Lisa helped us and she was absolutely phenomenal! She greeted us as soon as we approached the line and informed us she would be right with us. She took her time with each application and was pleasant throughout the process. “I like the wood work of the interior, and the big painting up on the wall a reminder of the mining history of this area, nice warm feel as you enter, it's not the steel and sheet rock of the newer offices, my mail always gets to it's destination.”
