Dan was very good at communicating about the car and they worked seamlessly with the Enterprise up the street and Nationwide to help get my rental car dropped off. “I recently had an auto repair job that I was having a hassle of a time getting any autobody shop to be willing to work with me on. Tom at Kletter Automotive was willing to hear me out and gave me the time of day to look at my car. From there, it was a classic case of underpromise and overdeliver. I was told they could do the job, but it wouldn't necessarily be pretty, which I was totally fine with. When I went to pick up the car, you couldn't even tell it had any work done. The work was done quickly for a very reasonable price. I can't sing Tom's praises loudly enough. I'll certainly be giving Kletter Automotive repeat business in the future!”

“They did a great job replacing my windshield for my 2021 Toyota Camry. They finished the task much faster than the estimated time they told me. I was greeted my Justin when coming to pick up my car and he made some great jokes to help lighten up the mood after I had spent quite a lot of the windshield replacement.
Note for anyone that has a car or think of getting a car with Lane Tracing Assist or Heads-up Display features, your windshield replacement costs are going to be a lot more expensive than regular prices.”
