With few 4 separate engagements, over a few years, I can say if you need to rent a vehicle go to this place! you will be very happy for the experience!”

“I found myself in Pittsburgh PA with no way to get back to Charleston WV. I got on line and reserved a car through Enterprise at 4099 William Penn Highway in Monroeville Pa. When I got there, there were already 6 people there (this was just before they opened at 10). When it was time for them to open an employee held the door for everyone to enter as other employees jumped to it to get customers taken care of. The car was clean and size requested, the young gentleman (who had gone to IUP (wish I had gotten his name)) checked the car over and told me exactly what to do when I returned it as the return point would be closed Saturday and Sunday. He was extremely polite and helpful. Very fast and helpful service. If you need to rent a car in Pittsburgh this is the place to go.”

He got insurance to cover an upgrade to a comparable vehicle to what I drive, didn't pressure me to bring the car back, and picked it up for me so I didn't have to have someone else take off work. I recommend Enterprise in Etna to everyone for their amazing customer service.”

“Awesome customer service! A tree landed on my Jeep around 5pm on a Wednesday. I was able to reserve a vehicle after hours using the app and they had a car ready for me when they opened the next morning. I needed to extend my rental twice while I waited for insurance to go through and buy a new car and they were always so gracious! Thank you Avis!”

The cars are definitely used hard and often have a lot of scratches but they're city cars and not mine. Zipcar is easy to use and the prices are very fair for what you get.”

“Angelo is the best!! We just started using this location because our usual location closed in July! Angelo is always friendly and on point! He asks your preference if he has choices he doesn't just give you a rental he makes it the possible experience you could have with a rental car service!”
“Pros:
-Only rental place that will waive young driver fee using AAA.
- Actually had the vehicle I reserved.
-Truck only had 1100 miles, new smell.
- Unlimited miles, decent trim level on truck—good sound system. (Ram 2500 Big Horn)
-Friendly staff.
- Did not seem to incur any hidden fees.
Cons:
-Pet hair wasn’t cleaned up.
-Only one guy working there; he worked hard though.
-Only 3/8 of gas tank filled. Did not really mind though because it meant I didn’t have to fill up all the way with expensive Pittsburgh gas when I got back.”
