“I had such a great experience here, especially thanks to Tim. I accidentally left my phone behind, and he went out of his way to make sure I got it back quickly. He was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation feel so much smaller and manageable. Beyond that, this location is always efficient and organized.I’ve never had any complaints. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with genuine care, but they really do. Tim’s customer service truly stood out.he’s definitely my go-to from now on. Highly recommend this location if you value people who actually look out for you. ??”

“We wish Rahul was our local rep for Enterprise! You could tell our Kittanning Emily taught him how to be so customer friendly..we were treated with respect and welcoming attitudes the second we interacted with each of them. Rahul went above and beyond helping us through our stressful process with our auto being in the shop. Thank you so very much Rahul..we appreciate you”

“I found myself in Pittsburgh PA with no way to get back to Charleston WV. I got on line and reserved a car through Enterprise at 4099 William Penn Highway in Monroeville Pa. When I got there, there were already 6 people there (this was just before they opened at 10). When it was time for them to open an employee held the door for everyone to enter as other employees jumped to it to get customers taken care of. The car was clean and size requested, the young gentleman (who had gone to IUP (wish I had gotten his name)) checked the car over and told me exactly what to do when I returned it as the return point would be closed Saturday and Sunday. He was extremely polite and helpful. Very fast and helpful service. If you need to rent a car in Pittsburgh this is the place to go.”

“This is my first time to use this branch in Pittsburgh on route eight. Everyone is so great I had nothing but an outstanding experience staff are friendly, accommodating, even though the reason for my rental because of an insurance claim was not in a good mood to start with upset from my car accident, they made the process very much painless. Also commended and impressed with the cleanliness of the cars. I had driven two different vehicles in that period each one of them was noticeably clean on the inside no odors. Kudos keep up the good work.”

“I recently rented a car from Avis in New Kensington for a family vacation, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Jay, Sue, Nick, and Kelly were absolutely wonderful to work with — friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for our trip, a 2025 GMC Terrain that was just the right size, loaded with all the bells and whistles, and surprisingly great on gas. When our trip ended up being a day longer than planned, they were so flexible and made extending the rental completely hassle-free. If you ever need a rental car, I highly recommend this Avis location — they’ll take great care of you and make you feel like family! Thanks, guys! ?”

“I've been a zipcar member for a year and use it whenever I need a car bigger then what I have to carry larger items. I like that cars are almost always available where I live. The cars are definitely used hard and often have a lot of scratches but they're city cars and not mine. Zipcar is easy to use and the prices are very fair for what you get.”

“Fast pain free service. Angelo is a great guy, nice, polite and very helpful. I’ve been in the store with a few customers who clearly didn’t understand THE RULES/QUALIFICATIONS TO RENT A CAR THAT AVIS CORP MADE NOT HIM. HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU HAVE TO SAY THE SAME THING BEFORE YOU GET FRUSTRATED?? HES 1 MAN RUNNING THE WHOLE LOCATION. HES DOING A GREAT JOB. BEEN RENTING FROM HIM SINCE THE BAUM BLVD LOCATION.”

“Pros: -Only rental place that will waive young driver fee using AAA. - Actually had the vehicle I reserved. -Truck only had 1100 miles, new smell. - Unlimited miles, decent trim level on truck—good sound system. (Ram 2500 Big Horn) -Friendly staff. - Did not seem to incur any hidden fees. Cons: -Pet hair wasn’t cleaned up. -Only one guy working there; he worked hard though. -Only 3/8 of gas tank filled. Did not really mind though because it meant I didn’t have to fill up all the way with expensive Pittsburgh gas when I got back.”
