“I have been to several Quest Diagnostics for blood work but this is the main office I use for myself and my family. The office is very small and can be busy at times but the workers are friendly, professional and keep things moving pretty quickly so there never seems to be a long wait. You don't need an appointment but having one sure makes your visit faster in the event the waiting room is full when you arrive. I highly recommend this facility.”
“Had an appointment scheduled online. Scheduled easy, scanned my ID and insurance using their machines up front. Waited maybe 5 minutes and was called up for testing. Easy process made it all smooth and the lady that tested me was professional and nice.”

“Had a lab order from the Cardologist that was urgent for my 92 year old father with afib and anemia. The Quest office was closing and my father was having a mini fit in the waiting room. Michele the lab technician took pity on us and agreed to draw my father's blood even though it was technically closing time. My father was a bit dehydrated, but Michelle was so patient with him and painlessly drew his blood. She was so kind and gentle with my father. Three cheers to Michelle!!! She is so special and great at what she does!”
“Super convenient location! I am always in and out with zero wait time (I advise making the appointment online). I like that I can check my results on their app and I usually get them back right away.”
“Ms. Laverne is a treasure—she’s incredibly skillful, patient and kind. My baby has needed monthly blood draws and Ms. Laverne has been the only phlebotomist to be able to draw blood from my baby’s tiny veins. It’s worth the drive and parking fee.”

“I had to go for routine blood work, and the woman assisting me (I cannot remember her name) was incredibly helpful and made the entire process for me so much easier as I have a terrible fear of needles. She made me feel so much more comfortable, and really calmed my fears!”

“This place seems alright, and the check in was very easy. I do suggest that you make an appointment, that will guarantee you a specific time slot. The place looked clean, and the wait wasn't long at all.”
“The friendliest, most experienced tech I’ve dealt with at a Quest facility, or in any instances with a phlebotomist. Not to give unreasonable expectations, as days vary, but I was in and out as a walk-in in less than 20 minutes! Blood drawn and all! Tech B.Walker is awesome! Thanks again”
“I'm not sure why everyone's giving this location such a bad review. I've been going there for years, and everyone's always been friendly.This morning, I had a really long list of labs to go through, and the phlebotomist was super nice, helpful, patient, and had a really steady hand.I don't think it's the employees' fault that Quest overbooks them and allocates the same amount of time, regardless of how long or complicated your lab list is.”

“After getting it wrong by letting the best associate Quest had in Daniele salter go , things sucked here and bad. Staff arguing, staff super unpleasant , cigarette smells soon as you walk in the foyer, insert Shanette and I feel comfortable using Quest again. She got it right the first time and was very professional. Way to go Quest because them other 2 folks combined couldn’t make a good part time employee”

“Left my doctor's apt straight to get labs done. My script for bloodwork wasn't showing up to quest in the computer. I was dealing with Jen L who then went above and beyond calling the hospital to get it figured out all while having a motivation of speed and care for each patient. She was successful obtaining my paperwork and I never even felt the blood drawn! Excellent experience I will be returning whenever I need. If you meet Jen L first door on the right....your in for a treat! There's no place like Quest diagnostics!”

“Had a 7:30 appointment for bloodwork. Walked into the office at 7:23 and was back to my truck at 7:31. Easiest and fastest bloodwork I've done. The tech I had was very nice and quick. She was drawing blood and done before I even fully realized.Have your driver's license (or some at least a photo ID), insurance card (if you are using it), and paperwork for why you are there. Make an appointment even if it is an hour before.”
“I was hesitant to schedule here because of the reviews but I had a pleasant experience. There was an automated check in system but it had clear and easy steps to follow. They took me back 5 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. The person who took my blood was nice to talk to and patient as I searched for my doctors name. She was really gentle I didn’t realize she even stuck the needle in. Good location for me!”
“I went to this Quest Diagnostics once to get several blood and urine tests. I appreciated that their website had appointments available in the early morning. I checked in through a touchscreen kiosk. The waiting room looked nice and comfortable. My phlebotomist began my appointment on time, and it lasted just a few minutes. She was very professional in drawing my blood and speaking with me. A couple of other phlebotomists were in other rooms, but I did not interact with them. My test results were on their website in less than one day. Please note that this Quest Diagnostics is located on the second floor of the UPMC Outpatient Building.”

Would not call the other location to hold a spot or give a heads up or anything at all really. $100,000 on the line here. At lyton Ave DARLYN G fixed everything when she could've hid behindprotocol. Thank you Darlyn for salvaging a terrible experience.”
