“So glad I found Asgard! My girls has been on raw diet since puppy and we just moved here. I have to put her on other food for traveling and she’s having soft stools since we arrive. I switched her back on raw right after I received my first order and she had the PERFECT P*** the next day and days after! “Pretty Birds is the ONLY place I will EVER go for bird grooming. I have 2 parrots, an African Grey and a Yellow Naped Amazon. "My birds bite," I said. And in response, Don handled them like they were old friends! No biting, he even shaved their beaks and they didn't even cry! Don has love and compassion for birds and their humans. I learned more from him than anyone in all my years of having parrots! Pretty Birds is a Bird Boarder. Be sure to make an appointment for your bird's grooming needs.”
“Love their prices and specials. Their own brand of cat food seems very high quality. Debbie, the manager, has been great with hosting kitten events there for our rescue, and they collect donations for us consistently. Great store to shop for my own pets and also working with our rescue!”

The biggest thing I love about this shop is that they have a ton of toys safe for dogs who are chewers that aren't $20-$40. They also offer food samples if you're looking to switch brands.”

The young man not only led me to a good sale price, he also picked up the 40lb bag, took it to the register and then all the way to my car which as a 70 year old I truly appreciated that. . “My 8# Yorkie had been injured by a groomer at the Dog Stop on Washington Blvd. I waited 3 months b4 taking her anywhere for grooming b/c I wanted to allow Lilybear to decompress from her trauma. A friend recommended Janice and despite the fact that LilyBear immediately attempted to bite Janice, Janice persevered & was able to complete a mini groom. I’m so grateful - hopefully, next time Lilybear will be a little more calm. I’ll definitely return!”
“This was my first time using The Dog Stop service. I must say from my initial call to picking up my pet I was impressed. I called the day before to ask for pricing and availability. The young man walked me through the online registration process. There I was able to create an account and make an appointment because the website was user friendly. The day of my appointment the staff was super nice and took the extra time to answer questions I had. I dropped my pet off and he was ready within a couple of hours. I was satisfied with his grooming and the service I received. Also, there prices can't be beat. I will be back for sure. Great Job Team Dog Stop!!!”

“The employees at Gina's are always so nice to my dog and to me. My dog actually goes crazy when I say we're going to Gina's! “I may be biased as I am married to Ryan, and we have known Brad for many many years, but I love this little store! Even if I didn't know them, I'm sure by the end of a first visit I would. They are both knowledgeable in many different animal care aspects. They have high quality foods, toys, litter (I want to cry when they are out of my favorite one!), treats, and more. Make sure to stop in and say hi! You may even get to see one of the visiting foster cats up for adoption!”

“Finally the Petco in Monroeville has a Groomer, And she is wonderful her name is Charlie she was great with my long haired Chihuahua groomed perfect!!!! We will be back :) 12-2-2022 Took us on time and was done earlier than promised I'm so happy :) I believe the grooming dept was closed for around 6 months I have been to two other groomers in the area nothing like Petco !! Thank you for finding a good person for the job.”

The staff, Andrea was informative, thorough, kind and efficient!! This tiny Mini Schnauzer has already made himself at home and claimed his spot! “VETCO, a mobile clinic held at Petco, was an outstanding choice for getting my 7-year-old Shorkie, Mowgli, a full body exam, bloodwork, checked for heartworm, and vaccinated. Because of his small size, his vaccines have to be administered with time in between. We will return in two weeks to get the remainder of Mowgli’s shots. They took extra precautions to ensure Mowgli's safety and comfort throughout the exam, without the need for sedatives or Benadryl. Additionally, they went the extra mile by rechecking his heartworm test to confirm it was negative. This is a great alternative to a full pet hospital or veterinarian clinic, with pricing that is comparable if not cheaper.”

“I am new to the area and have 2 long haired German Shepherds (Ruger and Leupold) I have always groomed them myself (they are 4yo). I contacted a couple groomers in the area but because they had never been done by a groomer they would not take them so off to petco I went the staff was awesome they met the dogs (who are very well behaved) and I set up the grooming appt.
My boys were groomed by a young man named Frankie he did an excellent, amazing job on both of them and I just feel that he really needs the recognition he deserves!

“I get really disappointed reading all of the negative reviews when I visit this location because every time I come in it’s smells wonderful, and after I’m hit by the smell I notice how clean the store is. It has a beautiful selection of food, even though some things may be out of stock, there’s always other available options. I will say that I dislike small animals being kept in cages and not given the space needed, however this store does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and keeping healthy pets!”
