“Great experience. After getting jerked around by U-Haul I contacted Bob at Pittsburgh truck and tow. Easy going from the start and able to order a hitch that fit my needs for less than what U-Haul was going to charge me. Installed in about an hour as I waited at the shop. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know and will return I the future if I ever need another hitch install. Thanks Bob!”
“The owner and employees here are good honest hard workers. We had an issue with our wiring and they didn't give up until they had the issue resolved. Really quality guys doing good work.”
“Hidden gem!Went here for the first time to get a hydraulic line made, I needed it ASAP. Rick said come on down buddy I’ll get that made for you in a few minutes. I went down and sure enough he had that line made in five minutes for a very fair price. Rick is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, a problem solver with a great attitude. He is a wealth of knowledge. I encourage anyone needing a repair, railroad ties or guns to go see this man! Thanks Rick!”

“I own a floral business and I have been renting trucks from Bob for years. Bob has made Pittsburgh Truck and Tow the best Uhaul in western PA. Excellent service, customer experience, and makes every effort ro assist. PT&T is an asset to our community at large. Also the best trailer hitch installer in the tri-state area.”
“The person who helped me was very polite and efficient. The UHual was in great condition, clean and well maintained. I felt as if the entire situation from start to end was so simple and that’s important to me.”
“Our experience renting the U-Haul panel van could not have gone better.
The people at the North Versailles store were friendly and very helpful.
The van was excellent. Our whole day with the van encompassed several stops to pickup and drop off cargo. It performed like a champ; it was powerful and easy to drive.”
“So I give this particular uhaul and staff a 5 star but give uhual in general a FREAKING 0!!! I rented for 1 day and in total with 3 charges they charged me 355!!! I should of only been charged 76 and I am so sick of them saying someone will reach out to me to resolve everything. I still haven't been reached out to and was charged the 3rd time today so they are getting an ear full from me!!!!
As far as this place in penn hills the guy was very helpful renting the uhual and fast with no problems.”
“The rental experience at the Monroeville Truck Rental location was excellent. Their professional customer service made it easy to get the pickup truck we needed for the weekend.”
“Awesome Experience! Quick transactions! Mike was very Kind and Helpful! Awesome staff will definitely recommend this Location And use them for all my moving needs!”
“Today was stressing out so much and what material to grab and Omar made my life so easy with his expertise and overall patience with me in a vulnerable state I could not of done it without him. If you ever need help look for him”
“One of the best Uhauls around. Megan, the GM, up there is the best. She is a hard working individual who cares about her customers and her equipment.
I'd highly recommend coming to this Uhaul”
“Deja at Compass Self Storage was an incredible rental agent! She signed me up in no time for a new account and had us on the road quickly. A breeze and a delight to work with them there. Will be back many times!”

“Easy check out and the team efficiently accommodated my request to rent a truck one size down from my original reservation.
Stellar customer service.”
“Fantastic experience renting from Enterprise and Glenshaw. Their representative Tyler went above and beyond to find me a moving van on the busy US Open week. Couldn't have been more happy with the service I received.”
“Can't beat the service center here for speed and quality of work and the front office staff are knowledgeable and some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet.”
“My floor was kind of labyrinthian, and the carts aren't huge, but it is an oddly shaped building in a dense part of the city, so it makes sense...
I think it is a very professional place, and all the employees were friendly and helpful. It felt like the manager took pride in his work.
It was a life-saver that they are staffed on Sundays. Thumbs up.”
“This is the second time that I am using this location. U-Haul always seems to have the best prices for my needs. Janiece, the manager, helped me this last time and was so thorough, friendly, and professional. Easy location to find and park. Highly recommend.”
“They did everything they could to assist me when I rented one of their trailers; from ordering me the parts I needed to helping me out when the wiring in my Jeep wouldn't work. Great guys, great service.”

“I just rented a Budget truck for a move to Florida. Rodi Road location was very helpful with the transaction. I grew up in Penn Hills so the cheerful service is to be expected. Thanks'”
