“If you're searching for someone to detail your car (or maybe your spouse or childs car) and you're not sure who has the best game in town, search no further! I have used Lyon's before for my Audi A8L and I get it back looking like a new car every time. I had always hesitated to bring my wife's 2022 Jeep Cherokee Overlander (The Designated Dog Car) in, because it looks like a homeless person has been living in it with his two dogs for the last 6 months (seriously), but by last Wednesday I couldn't stand it any longer and called Tim to tell them I owned THE CAR that even they could not detail back to something resembling the car I drove out of the showroom. I dropped it off Thursday and told him he could keep it for a week because he was going to need that long to try and deep clean it. To my great surprise, I got a message Friday the car was ready. When my wife and I picked it up, we couldn't believe it, it looked almost like a new car. Lyon's accepted the challenge and wildly exceeded my expectations, something that rarely happens these days!”

“Took my wife’s 2020 Honda Pilot for inspection and oil change a few weeks ago, and today visited New Executive Auto Repair for new front and back brake pads. “I just want to give a shout out to Mike Muller, sales rep, at Loughead. I randomly inquired about selling my Rogue to Loughead. Mike helped coordinate the sale and was very easy to communicate with. When they had an offer ready, he contacted me right away and from there, always answered my questions quickly. When I was there, I was upfront that I wasn’t currently buying a new car and neither he or the GM pushed to try to sell me a car. I had expected to be haggled a little to try to convince me to buy just because it’s something that is generally expected from dealerships. But they didn’t and it was a very easy and smooth experience! I felt that they offered a very fair price for my Rogue especially compared to offers from other dealerships and companies like CarMax and Carvana.
Their service department is also very nice. I had been getting my car serviced there since 2022 when we moved to the area. My only knock for the service department is that they don’t report service to CarFax which can affect trade in value down the line if other dealerships use CarFax information to value the car.”

“The service at the auto body shop was excellent. The repaired vehicle looks great, and you can’t tell the car was ever repaired. The staff members were also very friendly and professional.
I truly appreciate how the shop handled everything for the customer from start to finish, especially helping arrange rental car transportation services over the phone. The entire process was very smooth and simple.
I am especially grateful to the lady at the front desk and the young woman who inspected the vehicle condition. They were genuinely thoughtful and dedicated to providing great customer service.
When I came to pick up my vehicle, it was actually close to their closing time, but the front desk staff still kindly helped me complete the pickup process.
