“Great experience purchasing my 19 Kia Sorento. I made sure it was available before driving down as it was over 2hrs each way to look at the vehicle. Ryan White was very responsive in letting me know it was available. He reserved the vehicle for me to be sure I wouldn’t waste the drive. He came outside as soon as we arrived and went over the details over the vehicle. Went on a test drive on back roads as I hate Pittsburgh traffic! Went over all my preapproval payments and made sure I was comfortable where we would be with payments. He was very thorough with everything! Once he got us to financing he got my new car cleaned up and got us on the road! I would absolutely but from Jim Shorkey Kia again and ask for Ryan!!”

Saved our ‘behinds’ with a 2018 Pacifica brake issue, stayed late and got us safely on the road for a long trip;
Worked through oil change and ‘squeaky suspension’ issue on the Vanderhall (solved all! Awesome since the builder and dealer network dropped all service and support!!)
Next up - Booking a full set of new tires for our ‘24 VW Atlas Cross Sport soon! (Great quote, lifetime rotation and flat repair etc - Perfect and stress free!)

Brought our new (to us) Vanderhall over for a late Friday inspection (called first of course!) - They got us in and out, spent some time chatting about service capabilities, which is so awesome since these Vanderhall’s were dropped by ‘dealers’. Well he fixed my truck in one day and charged me a fraction of what I thought it would be. “Let me start off by saying, this is by FAR the best parts store you will find in the Pittsburgh area. I was graced by the unfortunate event of a wheel bearing failure on my 1996 ford ranger and I stopped in, crossing my fingers that they had what I would need to finish my hour and a half journey home. I was immediately greeted by Spencer and Nick who generously offered to help find anything I needed. I told them my situation and without hesitation, they got to work and got me everything I needed to complete the repair. It didnt matter that it was 5 minutes to closing, that I was a mess trying to figure out what all I needed, they were not going to leave me hanging and that alone should tell you why you need to be going to this specific Autozone. Thanks to Spencer and Nick, I made it home.”

“Called to verify availability of battery for our Highlander Suv. Had problems starting it in the morning on our way to Pittsburgh.
The staff at this location were great and confirmed that the 6 year old battery was not holding a charge. Checked alternator as well.
15 minutes later we were on our way - even gave us directions back to the turnpike. John and his friendly coworker wished us Happy Holidays and wished us safe travels. Now that is service we have not seen for a long time!

“Having to get work done on your vehicle after an accident is truly one of the most stressful headaches. If you want less of a headache, deal with Eric at Hillview Motors Body Shop. He made the process of getting my vehicle fixed so easy. It honestly felt too good to be true. He took care of everything and it all went so smoothly. I had some minor dissatisfaction with my finished product, but they were able to fix it within 30 minutes of me just stopping in.”

“One thing I will say is that these guys are an honest bunch who know their stuff. And I'd say those are the two most crucial things when it comes to a mechanic. They originally quoted me for what they thought the job was going to entail. I agreed. After learning that the job wasn't going to require quite as much work, they called me back and lowered the price. They could have kept the price the same and I would have been none the wiser. I was referred to these guys because they were supposedly the best in the business when it comes to electrical repairs and I can confirm that this is the case. The next time I have electrical issues with my vehicle I know where I'll be going. Special shout-out to Dave who kept me up to date on the progress being made and for just being an all around pleasant dude. Highly recommend Murray's.”
