The young woman who was tasked with helping us did a very good job, taking care to find settings that would complement my diamond. They have a large selection of semi mount rings from which to choose. The store is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and accommodating! Overall I had a 100% positive experience.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful Bernie Robbins is to their customers. My parents have been going to Bernie Robbins for years, and I know why. My now husband and I went to another Jewler to look at engagement rings. Walking out of the store, I had never felt so frustrated and defeated with looking at engagement rings. Something that is supposed to be light-hearted, and a great experience turned into the salesman telling us that we should not get married, and that marriage is pointless. Needless to say, I told my husband to never go back there, and "Here is Clint's card, go to Bernie's!"From day 1, Clint was and has been amazing! My husband went to Clint to purchase my engagement ring. We then went back to purchase our wedding bands and our gifts to one another - all done through Clint. Clint and the entire staff are not only professional, but they care about their customers. I do not feel like I was being sold on or settling on a piece of jewelry that I do not want. “The first time I went to Royal Jewelers, I was there to see if they could fix the closure on a new pair of S. Smith earrings, the loop wasn’t completely closed on one of them. First, I’d like to note that both employees greeted me, even though they were both with other customers & let me know they would be right with me. I showed Howard my earrings, all he needed was a week! When I went back for them, the closure on both earrings had been perfectly recreated! The way they should’ve come in the first place! I was delighted! Almost a week later, I went back to see if they could fix my platinum and white gold ‘anchor’ ring, that I had somehow managed to split right at the tip. Another week & my beautiful ring is back in one piece and as shiny as the day it was purchased! You can’t tell it was ever even damaged.These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. I currently have my eye on a Scorpio pendant to purchase & I intend to have them clean my jewelry next! Highly recommended!! *****”
