This is the second time now going to tractor supply and Andy spontaneously coming up with clever unorthodox solutions ‘THAT WORK’, improvising and thinking on his feet “on the fly” and making s#it happen. What an asset to us “head scratchers” out here wondering how we’re gonna make something happen in our project or something work properly or more efficiently.

“I needed a tool that Google said was at my local Ace Hardware, which is in Pennsburg Pennsylvania. When I got to the store, they did not have the tool although google said they had five in stock. After speaking with Jecinda, she took it upon herself to drive to another store and get the item for me. I picked the item up a day later. Great service and Jecinda is a great employee who went above and beyond for a local customer.”
