“Let me start out by saying I love being able to go to Harbor Freight and get hand and power tools at an affordable price many of them with warranties comparable to the bigger manufacturers. I appreciate the stock and pricing on many job/site basic supplies. I also want to share that every time we go to the store we are provided with really good customer service. The other day I wanted to call to find out what the policies were for a return. Chuck answered the phone and provided amazing customer service-super pleasant and answered all of my questions patiently (i had many lol)and efficiently. The ease of the return was also appreciated -instead of me having to go to the store my partner was able to go with my phone number for the return. This is a big deal in a world where customer service is lacking and returns can be more of a hassle than they're worth. Whether you are a contractor or diyer I highly recommend this store! “I prefer them over home Depot the closest home Depot to me is South Allentown and that's a cluster whereas the Lowe's in Quakertown is actually really organized and has friendly people to help youAnd all seriousness I've been doing a massive project at home with PVC and plumbing and fittings and doing a whole complete custom job even going through the wall of the house outside and holy hell it's been a project in a job and I just want to say thank you to the people here sometimes we all need a little steering in the correct direction of course I have other things to do in the house but I can tell you this That's the place to go to get your stuff pretty much with the layout of the store and how easy it is to find things it's quite amazing I don't have to really ask for help just to find items when I have to do that I leave the store. But this place awesome easy and easy out gas stations around if you need to get something for you after getting your supplies no matter which way you go north or south on 309 you have a Wawa so that's a bonus right there”
