Very poor service, normally apple has great salespeople, but in this store, it’s really hard to get someone to help you. If you have the option just pick another location.

Holding me hostage!!! … If you forget your Apple ID they will hold you hostage by not resetting your Apple ID for an indefinite period of time! I have surgery and all types of things planned I can’t access. I can’t even pay my Apple Card bill. Expect have no access to anything and they tell me it could take weeks. WOW!!!

My wife had an old iPhone for years. Went in for repairs with Apple care, and they said they’d order parts to fix it. One week later, the parts arrived, but it turns out they need to replace the phone instead. Another week for the phone to arrive. Then, they give her a new phone and take the old phone away before the data and service has been switched. It would have been much easier to start setting up the new phone instead store, instead of leaving her in the city without a working phone, having to set up the new phone again to restore from back up. Every stage of the process was a million times harder than it should be. She had a short woman of East Asian descent helping her, who was extremely incompetent. The whole process is insane and does not meet a fraction of the level of service we have so far enjoyed from Apple. Absolutely inexcusable.

Beware of the salespeople. I had one trying to convince me that a NON-SSD Portable Drive didn't have a spinning disc. I'm pretty sure the one they were trying to sell me was the LaCie 2TB Rugged USB-C Portable Drive. While I'm not a computer whiz, I knew enough to recognize that they had no idea what they were talking about and just bought the SSD I came for.

This has to be the dumbest place to have a store. Parking is horrible the apple products are overpriced and horrible. At this point just get a Samsung, save yourself some money and frustration

Genius Bar appointment to fix back glass on 2 year old phone. They knew what phone I have and they knew the kind of repair I needed. I came in for the appointment and they told me they didn’t have the part required for the repair. Why does the system allow you to schedule appointments for services they cannot provide?
They ordered the part and I made an appointment to have my phone repaired once it came in. They had told me the repair would take ~1.5 hours. But when i arrived they told me they would have to keep the phone overnight. So essentially instead of 1.5 hours my phone would be with them for at least 18 hours. Why did they AGAIN allow me to schedule an appointment for a repair that they AGAIN could not complete during the time they allotted?!

Usually don’t post reviews, but need to thank Mahabub.(I think) who I spoke with over the phone because both of them helped me through repairing my computer from liquid damage and making sure all my data was backed up and transferred properly. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, highly recommend!

Harrison was SO helpful. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and given timely and friendly assistance. I was sent by Verizon to try to figure out what was wrong with my current phone's reset, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Harrison deserves a raise or a bonus or something because he is killing it.

don’t buy iphone 17, it’s stupid. the screen is lagging and they can’t fix or do anything for you. idk why spending 1k5$ for this worse iphone than samsung

As one of the comment mentioned; seems they send most incompetent and negligent employees to this location for training. Every time i come to maintenance - it is something, the problem is not only in people but in the process. Cook, fire the one who designed such a way to checkin and work with customers.
