Great service!! Was really frustrated and stressed due to my phone being broken and forgetting my passcode so it was hard to file a claim. Desmond helped me at the store complete both!! Definitely recommend going here!!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience in this store! Desmond assisted my daughter and I with switching over and getting a new phone. He was a great help, very personable and went the extra mile to help us with all our needs. Highly recommend coming in and requesting him. Mario and Desmond are great! The dude Johny not so much, which is why I gave a 3 star. I upgraded my phone and preordered a new one. He deleted my standard line and added a premium line which I did NOT ask for. I will be downgrading to SL again once my new phone comes.
