I bought a car (Kona) in March, it came with a lot of defects, one of the cars I told the seller he asked me to go there to take pictures to ask for parts, I did this twice, it's almost August and so far nothing. and the worst thing is that sometimes when it rains water gets on the ceiling, I'm wondering

I also wish I could give 0 stars to this complete j*** who runs this shop. Absolutely AWFUL customer service and this guy is quite possibly the rudest person I've ever encountered. During times of covid I do all the little stuff I can to help small business out but I wish this guy fails.

I wish I could give them zero stars ! Very rude, weren't respectable about wearing masks, and the man there seemed to look at me sideways for being Lebanese. To boot - the repair wasn't complete - they hastled me about a minor refund. I won't be returning!
