“I've gone to this bike store a couple times now and my experience every time has been great. This past weekend I went in looking for a new saddle and I was helped by Brittany who was great! She's very knowledgeable and gave me a good recommendation. She also informed me that there is a 30 day trial period for the saddle which was super helpful. Plus she let me know about some of the community rides that Trek organizes, which was really cool. I highly recommend visiting this bike shop!”
“There’s a joke (even a play!) about bike shop employees being… less than welcoming. Not at Keystone Bikes. These folks break the stereotype completely. They are genuinely kind, helpful, and respectful, no matter your experience level or whether you fit the typical “cyclist” mold.
I’m so glad I bought my new e-bike from them. The whole experience was smooth, no pressure, and actually enjoyable. I recommend Keystone without reservation. Great people, great shop.”
“Purchased March 2023 - 2022 Giant Revolt Advanced Pro 1 – Blacko Purchased this gravel bike as a replacement for my 20 year old carbon road bike to provide the greatest flexibility for my area (Delco) and interest (road/gravel/mtb). It gets more road use for sure, but have taken it on single track and unpaved roads in my area. There was a persistent creak coming from the bottom bracket that started ~50 miles or so. After a few trips to the shop where they reinstalled with no success, they reached out to Giant, a new bottom bracket was shipped and installed for free and the issue has been silent for 1500+ miles at this point. Credit to them listening to me (and my complaining) and never hesitating to try and figure it out. I spoke directly with 2-3 techs, and they all took me on test rides to isolate the sound. Some of the lighter (weight) techs (I weigh 200lbs+) could not recreate the noise, but they still listened and worked to provide a solution. I waited this long on the review to make sure it was fixed, and hoping to not jinx it…”
“This is the only shop I’ll go to. The guys who work there are the nicest people, nothing intimidating about them no matter how much or how little knowledge you have about bikes. They work fast and don’t up charge for little things. You feel taken care of. They’re the perfect combination of qualities that will turn a one-time emergency client into a regular.”

“This review is for my wonderful SE Draft. SE is one of Advanced Sports' brands. My SE Draft is a great bike and I love it! I have the blue/red version in the almost-a-kid's-bike size. I named her Sadie. The draft is a single speed and while it's taken some time to get used to, now I wouldn't want to be without it. I feel so cute and stylish on this bike (okay and safe too); now I just need a matching helmet. Seriously: this a great bike for getting around town, running errands, etc. My only complaint is the grips that make my hands sweat but that's an easy fix (on the bike, not my hands).”

“I don't think I can say really how much I think that this is THE BEST BIKE SHOP AROUND! I discovered them when I moved to NoLibs 8 years ago, and was always able to take my bike in to get whatever I needed. A year ago, I bought an E-bike, and unlike some bike shops that turn up their noses and say they won't work on them (ahem, Keswick Cycle), this shop openly welcomes them in. I had to get my rear wheel trued and tensioned, as I broke a few spokes after hitting a massive Philly pothole, and these guys took great care of it (after I had brought it to another bike shop, where the guy proceeded to rip spokes off of my wheel and said it was unfixable). And their prices are the fairest around. I now live a 45 minute drive from here, and will still come to them for all of my bike needs. Thanks Firth and Wilson!”
“Cadence staff were exceptional throughout my decision process as figured out what kind of bicycle I wanted. I finally got a ride that I LOVE. It's been a saga. thanks to the staff at cadence cycling and especially big shout out to Kiyoshi who is one heck of a sales support staff. okay pals LETS RIDE and ROLL. “I brought my two Rad City bikes into Bustleton Bikes for a tune up and I appreciate and value how I was treated as a customer. Mike informed me about the Rad Battery pending recall but it looks like my battery model is ok. The bikes look great and I can’t wait for the weather to warm up. “Went here to get my bike fixed. told them what I needed, they gave me options, told me they could fix a broken spoke on my front wheel, and didn’t try to upsell me on parts I did not need. Great experience. Also, they did the work in a few hours awesome!”

“Rented a Jamis Ventura for 24 hrs and it went great. I picked it up at 5:30 p.m. and dropped it off at 5:30 p.m. the next day. The bike was well tuned and ready to ride. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they provided a helmet in good shape and a bike lock. I rented a phone holder for $5. All things considered, it was a good value, and Philadelphia was a great place to ride. I would definitely rent from them again.”
