Do not order for delivery from here. I ordered a single thing, paid a $15.00 + tip, and it was marked delivered but I never received it. I called customer service at the store and corporate and no one can help me.

Turn me away after waiting 15 minutes In line the staff and the manager both bad services telling me to come back because they don't got enough staff in hand I will cancel my membership and never come back to this place or location BAD SERVICE ??????????

Ordering ahead certainly helps. I place my order the night before it's ready for pickup and it makes it quick and easy. They've worked out a lot of the kinks. The only issue is that you may need to bring a cart to pick up your stuff, and they are not always available.

What a bad service from front deskI ask my husband to return the nido we buy a month ago but the front desk say that membership is my membership not my husbandSo we need 2 membership for a family?Is totaly insane till i need come to the store spend my money for 2 times uber and the return money come to credit at membership cardIs not recommend storeWe need pay for shopping on this storeMembership finished on March and no more renewelThanks for the customer service

Worst chicken I’ve ever seen and left out too long and it’s midday…how is that possible.Salad was rotten…which means they aren’t selling or restocking correctly.The salad was slimy.

They sell bad meats for sure. I purchased their beef twice and both times I had to toss out. Never again will I purchase meat again from them on 24th Oregon ave .

Overall not bad, but why are there only like 5 functioning shopping carts there? It’s like The Hunger Games trying to get one. People literally have to stalk other customers leaving the store to score one.

This lady here works in the bakery department have a very nasty attitude every time I come. Very unprofessional, slick at the mouth . You should not be working in customer service if you’re a racist! I came to get a cake for my deceased sister birthday today and this what I had to deal with!

This has to be the most rudest establishment I have ever walked into. I have visited many other Bjs and have been a member since 2012. The customer service is rude and unapproachable. The manager on duty will refuse to give you the corporate number if you ask for it, and hang up the phone on yours . As a person who travels up and down the east coast and frequents many different Bjs …. I will say this one located in Philadelphia is the worst. The fruits frequently have mold.

This is the only BJs I've been too, but it sucks. Half the sales listed on the app aren't stocked at this location. The regular prices aren't any better than any other nearby grocery store and the quality of the produce is worse. They recently posted an armed police officer inside who is very enthusiastic about running halfway across the store to make sure you show your receipt to the staff who, instead of doing their job of checking receipts, is chatting away then yell at you if you pass by them. Really a great experience to be harassed by police to open all my bags just because the staff is lazy, even though I clearly paid for all my items on my receipt.

This BJ's is in a great location to be able to access quickly. But a major draw back recently has been a lack of shopping carts, you basically have to walk with someone to their car in order to get a cart. Employees are all usually pretty nice people and helpful and the store is very clean. The shopping cart issue needs to be fixed asap.

I'm concerned that BJ doesn't do anything to assist customers who use the delivery services.I understand that they are 3rd party vendors yet they just wash their hands with customers who were due a refund.Case in point. I had surgery on both legs and I le instructions for driver to bring the groceries to my front door.instead they left them at my neighbors door for me to drag. $600. and driver was tipped $55.00. All I got was we can give you $20.00 and when I refused. They said contact Door Dash. Door Dash says they gave the money back to BJ. I was given a case number yet no one will refund my delivery fee. Seems like it's a regular occurrence for Dood Dash. BJ doesn't care. SMH

This is the absolute worst BJ’s club I’ve ever ordered from. Every order I’ve placed, one of the drivers have stolen either all or half of my order. This is a disgrace! And to make matters worst, they don’t answer the phone to even get help with replacing it.
