Having a mailing address is critical for adults to handle legal documents, receive SSDI, and get validated on applications and government forms. The mail service stabilizes existence and allows people to get documents that organizations require during a transition. The business also helps with replacing IDs for free, obtaining birth certificates, and providing lunch with real food, new underwear, and hygiene supplies. People who have used these services describe the staff as dependable and accepting of everyone, treating visitors like family. The mission is to care for the community and help those in need, including support after recently being in jail. Donating is easy with online appointments and immediate help upon arrival. One person shared that without this place, they would not have survived the streets, and now they have their own private, beautiful place.
