As an International traveller to the US from Africa, the Budget team was extremely helpful making sure I went through the processes of getting my car rental which made my movement in the US very seamless as opposed to relying on taxis.

We already had picked a car when booking but when we arrived we were offered a pick up truck instead because that is all that was available. Therefore we amongst others had to wait outside for a while to get a car.
