“Alex at the counter was efficient and polite. The young man outside was equally nice. The car itself was clean and functioned just fine. It was a little difficult finding the entrance to the return location as I had never rented from Alamo before, but once you see how it works it's quite easy to return a vehicle. The attendant who checked the car back in was courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver was super nice and made sure everyone got off at the right terminal. Would definitely rent from these guys again.”

“I travel a lot and I use National Car Rental in every state I fly to. I am often at the PHL airport location as it is near to my corporate office. The staff is generally friendly and I have a smooth experience choosing a car and exiting the facility. This time around, every car I chose from the Emerald aisle was filthy inside and out. I am not sure why the cars had not been washed, but that was my only pet peeve. I found a car that was semi-clean on the inside, chose it, and it ended up being a plesant experience. I just prefer both interior and exterior to be cleaned.”

“We walked into the Enterprise on Washington Ave. in Philadelphia at 12:57 pm, on a Saturday 1/31 when they close at 1:00 pm ! Three minutes before they close for the day. All this and WITHOUT a reservation! They were sooo nice and accommodating. They had us out of there and on our way in no time. Cannot say enough of how great the customer service was. We will now only rent with Enterprise because of this experience. And they were equally as nice when we returned the vehicle on 2/4.”
“I owe Ivan this review since I was not able to rate my experience on the Turo platform due to time constraints.
We arrived from the Southern tip of Florida to PA not knowing what to expect. To be treated with such kindness is priceless, we rented a very nice Toyota Prius - an absolute fuel saver for all the driving we did in the surrounding counties for the two months that we were working there. - Any concerns we addressed to Ivan would leave us comforted knowimg that he had our back & wasn't out to rip us off. It made our stay just so much more manageable as we were dealing with our own challenges that arose but nothing major.
I would absolutely rent again from Ivan, no doubt about it. Thank you Ivan for going above & beyond our expectations.

My car was in an accident and I needed a car right away and Shane came to me where my car was left to get worked on in a rental and took me to Enterprise. He made sure I was in a comfortable, clean & new vehicle. He also insured that if I didn’t like the vehicle if something else was available I can exchange the car. “Enterprise place located on front and spring garden I recommend people to go there the cars are clean great sale smoothing ride, nice cars better than other places all the staff there is very nice and polite yes this is the spot. In fact you can purchase their vehicles finance or pay full it's cheaper. So go purchase your cars at Enterprise when y'all get y'all income tax cars last long and they're new up-to-date in fact I am purchasing me one”
