The Center City District works to enhance the vitality and competitiveness of Philadelphia's downtown, aiming to make it cleaner, safer and more attractive. It manages several public parks and encourages tourism. The area is a great place to go on day or walking tours, with so much to see and experience. It offers a mix of historic sites and present-day attractions, including different cuisine, shops, restaurants, and parks to enjoy. The district promotes events to bring people into the city to enjoy all it has to offer.

I worked at the Center City District for 10 years. It's grown into the City's premier campaign organization for a cleaner, safer Philadelphia. Encouraging tourism, & promoting events like Restaurant Week & Center City Sips to bring people into the City to enjoy the shops & restaurants.
