Rekha was awesome today. I help a non profit charitable organization and she always provides service with a smile. Extremely well attentive and professional.I don't usually see a long line at this location and the HVAC system works well so I feel comfortable

One or two tellers who do not have the ability to do wires or any advanced transactions. So you will have to wait for a branch, manager which will take forever. I have walked in and waited for about 15 minutes each time and ended up just walking out.

My daughter went here to cash her work check the cashier made my child sign her check before knowing if she was able to cash it for her whole time she wasn’t able to do so which this was a lesson for my teenager but that lady knew better to have you sign a check before knowing if you can cash it I can’t stand people that can’t do they JOB

Always come to this Branch. Never had a problem. But today, the Teller Robin rubbed me the wrong way. Very argumentative. Never gave a bad survey. But today was a lot. Thanks Robin. You caused your Branch to get a bad review. Instead of arguing with the Customer. Listen an try to fix the problem. You’ll learn next time.

Tried to get 20 1$ bills from my bank account where I have 1000s of $s, (plus savings account where I have over 15K.)To identify myself I had an ID plus a Citizens credit card. The agent kept me waiting 5 minutes standing then she said I can sit down but she has trouble signing in.Then finally she asked me to swipe my card. Then she questioned me where my debit card was.I told her that I only have credit card on me as to identify me it is good at any bank. Then after accessing my infó she could give money to me from my checking/ regular account. She said that's at other banks, this is Citizen bank.Refusing to serve me.

Popped in here today because the 15th/Walnut location is temporarily closed. I agree with previous reviewers that the setup is weird - there's no counter like you expect from a bank, just a couple folks at desks. I kind of liked it because it adds a more personal/friendly touch to the transaction and is way more accessible no matter what your height might be. It seemed on brand for the atmosphere they're trying to create where we're all citizens together not just a bank vs. the people. The ability to sit down is nice if something is taking longer than expected. That said, it did feel cramped. There's a huuuge lobby for the ATMs and then this tiny area where 3 desks are shoved in for customer service, then a couple bigger offices in the back (where I assume more private things like loan applications take place). I think the desk setup would work better if they could be spaced out for some breathing room. All of that aside - I was able to quickly get my cashier's checks and update my name due to marriage all while having friendly conversations with everyone. I'd come back again for sure.

Very uncomfortable set up and I'll never use this location again. It is truly a l***** Who in the world thought this set up was a good idea? Its almost enough to think about changing banks.

Very helpful and professional staff but I am puzzled as to why one cannot use ATM after business hours? Beyond inconvenient! And the business hours difference between the Citizen's bank on 14th street. I am really conteplating Chase Bank at this point. The location on 17th and walnut is truly a waste of space.

I opened up a business banking account at this branch, and it was a disaster since day 1. My big angst is that they promised me a signup bonus that never hit my account. It was a totally legit promotion, and they lied to me in order to get my business. Throughout the entire 4 months that I had my account open, I reached out on numerous occasions for various customer service issues (including a few times to inquire about the signup bonus). 4-5 separate times I called in and was told by the manager that she'd call me back. Never did I receive a callback. They're allergic to customer service. This branch is also just chaotic. From the moment you walk through those weird double-doors and metal detector, you know something is off. Every time I am in the branch it seems like there's some massive commotion. I've seen both a customer and branch employee break down into tears for various reasons. Chaos...and in Rittenhouse Square, there are a million better options. I just closed down the account today. Not just because they lied to me about the bonus, but I honestly believe they could care less about quality customer service. I have had positive experiences with the central Citizen's customer service, but my advice is to stay far away from this particular branch.
