“I walked into Micro Tecc with what seemed like a lost cause - an extremely broken phone and no way of getting my data transferred to my new phone. The place I originally planned to use was unexpectedly closed during normal business hours, but luckily, Micro Tecc was there when I needed them.I was extremely stressed out and worried due to not backing up my data (dumb, I know), containing all of my priceless photos and important documents. I honestly half expected that I would be screwed, but Micro Tecc saved the day me and exceeded my expectations. The owner stopped what he was doing, going out of his way to help me by staying open late to ensure the transfer of all my old data, including pictures, documents, and files, to my new phone. He took care of my problem quickly and efficiently, completing the task within an hour.The fact that he stayed open late to help me showed how amazing their customer service is. Overall, my experience was outstanding. “My husband and I went to the Best Buy in South Philly. I needed my Samsung Watch worked on. The guy at the Geek Squad went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He was very patient and calm despite all the trouble it was taking to find what the problem was with my watch. He didn't want to give up until he figured it out. After hours of working on my watch he can the realization that the watch had a internal glitch. Therefore, I needed to have it replaced with another. I was able to do so because I had insurance on it. My new replacement is working much better. I want to thank him. I didn't get his name but he seemed to be the only working with everyone.”
