The pharmacy much like any other CVS pharmacy has a bunch of young rude people including the pharmacist on duty. They look thru you and you can see that they do not care. They don't realize they have peoples lives in their hands they need classes on how to treat the cust. Only highlight was the nice young lady at the front register.

The store itself was very nice very clean but staff at the pharmacy where you pick up the prescriptions they need to go. So rude, no empathy and no explanation as to why your prescriptions are not filled. I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

This location had everything I needed.
My only issue is that alot of the items are behind secured glass enclosures, & you have to ring a bell (push a button) to notify an attendant that you require service . One time I stopped in here on my way to work, & was delayed because I had to wait on an attendant to come assist me . (The store was not crowded either) It took almost 5 minutes from the time I pushed the button to be assisted. I understand that this is the protocol for this location but an attendant should be able to assist within one minute of being notified ... if the store is not busy .

There is way too much focus on non-healthcare items. Pricing is out of control without the contortions of CVS discounts. A uniform system of discounts applied to any purchase for whatever amount eligible (similar to Extra Bucks but universal for ALL discounts) would be far preferable with the same total value.

every CVS pharmacy i’ve been to the employees have been incredibly rude and dismissive about why it’s so difficult to get the medication i need. this time really takes the cake though because they hung up on me! had more questions i wont get answers to since you can’t even speak directly to CVS on the phone anymore, you’re required to leave a message and play phone tag with them.

There are substantial problems with their dispensation of medications, and their honesty. I was told last Thursday that a particular medication would be in by a Saturday when they don't stock it in any CVS, anywhere, ever. And they couldn't even give me the corrected information before Monday! So I went without my needed medication because they are incompetent jerks!
