CVS

CVS, Convenience Stores , Pharmacies
Hours: CVS is a pharmacy that offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, with many praising the pharmacists and team members for their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond. In particular, customers have noted excellent customer service at the drive-thru, with staff members like Mohamed and others showing a positive attitude and a smile, making the experience pleasant. The store is often found to be clean and well-stocked, especially during busy times like after Christmas, and the parking lot is easy to access and maintained. However, some concerns are raised about certain aspects of the store. The bathrooms are locked and not available for customer use, and the few that have tried to use them found them to be dirty and unpleasant. Despite having items like Covid home test kits in stock, the overall store environment and amenities can sometimes fall short of expectations. Customers also mention that the store's atmosphere is generally positive, but issues like cleanliness and bathroom accessibility impact the overall impression. Overall, CVS is seen as a convenient and friendly pharmacy with excellent staff, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities could enhance customer satisfaction even more.
