This particular CVS Pharmacy location inside the Target at 4000 monument rd has become very good, understanding and helpful. The people are very attentive and go beyond to help patients and consumers. However, there have been some issues in the past, but now it's running very well. Sadly, one customer wasn't aware of the closing time and was upset when told they were closed, but the staff called them back to ensure the customer's SO could pick up their needed medication. The customer truly appreciated the extra effort, as they work until 6:30 pm daily this week. Another customer had a negative experience with the pharmacist, who was described as condescending and impatient, especially when dealing with people with disabilities and the elderly. The customer felt the pharmacist needed to be more patient and take the time to properly assist all customers.
They are often incorrect about what they have available. Additionally, they never answer the phone.

This pharmacy in Target at 4000 monument rd has become a very good, understanding and helpful CVS. It's had its ups and downs over time but now it's running very well. The people are very attentive and go beyond to help us patients and consumers always.
