Staff is great, very responsive and accommodating. Setup makes me feel safe at all times even in such a big space, because staff is constantly watching, and passcode access is very controlled.

Customer service was great. The staff that helped me get situated explained everything perfectly and made the process super easy. Facility looked clean and well kept from what I saw. I wish they had longer hours for access though. Other than that good price for what I need storage for
