“Signing up online was easy, and Maginnis called soon after to tell me what hours the office would be open to verify my ID, which was very helpful—I might have arrived too early if I hadn’t gotten that call. They were also very helpful in explaining everything to me and demonstrating how the app and locks work. The reduced height storage lockers are kinda weird and hard to access with the provided ladders but I had prepared myself for that in advance. First rate customer service”

“Staniqua was truly amazing! I had to move to a larger unit after choosing a unit that did not fit my needs and I was nervous about the transition (especially after paying the initial deposit). She guided me and my husband through the process smoothly; she gave my husband and I a walk through on the different available units in the size I was going for (I had originally chosen the previous unit based on the videos provided on the website), and was very informational about the rate, exchange, and proceeds. Overall she was amazing; her customer service was 10/10, I honestly could talk to her for longer haha.”

“I can't believe I forgot to write this review after we moved our things into storage last month! I just had to come back and give Angelo the recognition he deserves.
From the minute we walked in, he was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with the whole process. Moving is stressful enough, but Angelo made this part of it soooooo easy.
You can tell he really cares about helping people and wants to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's not often you come across a customer service person that feels this genuine, and it really stood out to us.
