The staff there is friendly and efficient. I r had the same representative help me and she has been great. Getting into their lot during rush hour is very challenging.

I dropped off my package at FedEx. The lady working the counter was so enthusiastic about getting my package from me the second I step foot inside that I think they might've been a secret agent in a past life. She scanned, weighed, and slapped on a label with the precision of a ninja. When I asked about delivery times, she gave me a wink and said, 'Don't worry, our drivers are faster than a caffeine-fueled squirrel on a Monday morning.'

If I could leave zero starts I would. These people and this facility are absolutely incompetent and insanely rude. They wasted two days of my time, the drive lied about attempting to deliver a package and posted a random photo of a road end (not my house) then refused to deliver the package again. They said they could not track the driver. The managers here were not even helpful. Everyone here should be fired. FedEx is the worst delivery service ever.

Just the worst, no real attempt to deliver. Took a photo outside of apartment building as 'proof' that it was undeliverable, and I get that message as I am fully dressed and ready to head down to pick up my delivery at any time. Wasted multiple days, customer service continuously lied to me and AI system was a nightmare to use to even get to talk to anyone. Do not use this company if you can avoid it.

Extremely slow service, never enough people to help customers. Slightly rude too. My experience here is always poor compared to all the other FedEx offices I’ve been to.

I informed FedEx before about the delivery driver who just throws the box on the porch. I was informed if I had a ring doorbell that was noticed enough. However, if someone walks by, or comes close does not mean I have a package. The driver doesn't even open the gate to come to ring the bell. Also, you don't know if it's a fragile package. If they're not throwing a package, they are delivering to an incorrect address. Some people have brought a package to my house that was delivered incorrectly. Bad business.

Fedex is the most horrible company I ever deal with. This is the first time I leave a negative review on google and that is how mad I am. Fedex never deliver my package which just park at warehouse even though I received a text message every day to say that my package will be delivered. I finally have to go to the warehouse and pick it up. And even better is they denied to refund me the $5.5 I paid for assign delivery date. Lovely company. no need to talk to customer or use FB because all talking but no any reaction !
