My package was supposed to be delivered here before Christmas I paid extra for express shipping and they said it won’t get here till the 26th now because the factory is shut down for today and tomorrow I want my money back this is why I like ups better because they know how to deliver stuff on time

Of every FedEx location I've used, this is by far the worst. Never had a smooth experience here, sending or receiving.One time, the carrier dropped my package off at a random house 3 blocks away. Not just a regular everyday package, but a large piece of equipment that I needed for work. Called FedEx corporate about it, they said that this distribution center didn't even bother responding to their request to investigate. Still haven't been compensated months later.I'm writing this review while in line to drop off a package. People ahead of me in line have been waiting for 10 minutes with nobody behind the counter. Of course the self-serve kiosk doesn't work, and hasn't any time I've come in before. Picture attached, live view of the motionless line.Seriously considering driving all the way to the airport because I know there will at least be someone working the desk there.

I want to give this 0 stars! They are the worst workers ever! Any time I have package, they will just leave me a door tag... and then never even attempt to deliver (since I am home all day) but they will put into the system they attempted delivery. So I have to call first because they won't even put into the system you need to pick it up before they send to the shipper. Strongly recommend not using their services ever.

I had a package sent to a friend's house that they failed to deliver and r refused to refund my shipping cost, I had to pick it up they asked for my ID and continued to refuse to give me my property because they needed another letter matching the same address which I could not provide because I do not live at the property neither had any mail associated with the address because it was a one time delivery I chose to order online and have sent to that address but still needed another letter pertinent to the address in order to retrieve my property because it company policy, I had to speak with management and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I'm disgusted with FedEx. Long story short ( if you order something online and get it shipped via fed ex it and it the billing address doesn't match the drop off location your In for a long long adventure!

Dropped off a package, no tracking updates nothing after a few days. Tried to call the store but there’s no number, called FedEx customer service which is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t use Fedex again solely because of their bad customer service number

I have to give 1 star so I can post the review but it deserves ZERO stars for rudest person with zero customer service skills ever . I was giving incorrect information on the phone that my package was at the location , when I arrived I explained I had been told my package was there which it wasn’t . Then was offered zero solution other than if I wanted to wait around for two hours until the driver got back to the facility with my package then she walked away from the desk . I did call the 1800 and made a formal complaint . I have zero hope anything will happen to rectify this woman’s behavior towards customers but FedEx needs to do better with who they hire and who they have interact with the public .

I will never ever use FedEx. Not even to purchase an envelope. The most incompetent drivers and phone agents I have ever dealt with. Please avoid at all costs.Update.I gave them another chance to get my package delivered. And between this location and the drivers? Complete morons. I've never seen incompetence like this. They've wasted my time for over a week. If you actually want your package, choose anyone else but them. The fact that they allow this type of service to customers is appalling.

Extremely bad service. Instead of delivering they are busy adding miss delivery stickers. Even though you are at home driver never calls nor rings a bell. You need to be god or mind reader to receive the package

I was at home all day for 2 days because I’m waiting for my package. No Fedex vehicle or door knocking at my place (no door tag), they just updated the delivery status to “Delivery Exception”. It has disrupted my schedule for 2 days now, and it is very frustrating. I wish FedEx do something about this because it isn’t the first time that this happened to me.

Would have gave 0 stars if I could. The tall woman at the front desk is extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. There's a reason why this location gets bad reviews so do not come here! The Spring Garden location is much better and is friendlier to their patrons.

The drivers are either incompetent and unable to deliver packages, or they lie and steal packages. I stayed home from work all day watching the truck drive by. From 9:10am to 5:10pm, it didn't stop. I went to put something in the kitchen and then I got a notice on my phone that the driver was unable to deliver the package. AT 5:15PM. NO KNOCK, NO DOORBELL RING.This is the third time this has happened. The first 2 times they left the package took a picture at the door, and WITHIN 10 MINUTES, the package was gone. TWICE in a week. Hmm. Sounds like an inside job.Whenever there's an issue, customer service gives you the run around and tries to act like it's your fault. They must employ couriers who are literally incapable of taking any initiative whatsoever to do the one job that's required: delivering the package. Or it's an elaborate crime ring masquerading as a franchise of the Federal Express Corporation.If you can, use UPS or USPS to deliver anything, at least in Philly. Any time there's a choice: never, EVER choose FedEx. This operation is criminally incompetent and should be shut down.

If your package requires signature, this FedEx location's delivery area almost always fakes "attempted delivery"-- they've done this twice to me now; both times, they never actually made any delivery attempts and only way I learned I needed to pickup the packages at their Greys Ferry Ave center was when I clicked the tracking number in the email-- the email itself said the delivery was rescheduled! But the tracking page gave an alarmist statement: I had to go and pickup the package in 2 business days or else it would be returned to sender. No sticker on my door stating this fact-- because no actual delivery attempt was made! I can't imagine what this must be for people with poor health who need packages at their doorstep.

Never on time, always have to go pick it up myself after a week late because they can only schedule for pick up after failing to deliever 3 times. Disappointing, waste of money, and time wasting.

THEY STEAL PACKAGES AT THIS LOCATION! Anyone having delivery issues. REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! Someone at their headquarters will contact you.
