They not closed, don't answer the phone like they closed all the time, doctors leave at 1pm but office open. Doctor goods and black lady at the front desk, Asia not good, lazy, don't answer phonesĺ

So sad how bad the check in and check out process is. The customer service people are busy on their phones or irritated because they have to work. The staff is not all bad there are a few very nice people there. For those who make the team look bad...I wish I could say training would help but this is deeper than any training... read full comment
