“Incredible staff and a great selection of personal care products, holistic products and books. Will be checking this shop out every time I’m on South even if just to chat with the staff. Great folks and products.”

“Weaver's Way is justly celebrated as a Mt.Airy institution. Yes, some of the prices are high, but that's due in part to the quality of what's on offer and prices on staples are mostly reasonable. Yes, it can feel crowded but it also has a strong sense of community absent from Acme and other grocery stores. The staff is treated well and are lovely and helpful. If you are in the area, I strongly urge you to join!”

“NO LOCAL NUMBER POSTED TO CALL THE SPRING GARDEN STORE DIRECTLY BEFORE GOING TO THE STORE. I've been there before and I'm not able to find an old receipt to locate their telephone number, if on their receipt. But every time I was in the store, they received calls from customers, so I know there's a telephone in that store. On Google, the only number available is the main office up in Northeast, and closed on Saturdays. We're not in a pandemic. Not helpful at all! Inconvenient! Not visiting!”

“I took a walk to MOM's from work because my local Giant and the Heirloom Giant on 8th and Market does not carry the Ezekiel Tortillas I was in need of. I knew MOM's was a little bit further and sold a lot of organic products, so I took a roll of the dice and won. MOM's is on the smaller side of the major chain supermarkets but still has a rather large selection of products. They've been in business since 1987 and have several stores up and down the east coast. All produce is certified organic, they have "banned" 250 ingredients from their stores, and they "take into account animal welfare, the environmental and social impact of products, and more." The store has a whole bulk section where you can fill your bag and pay for exactly what you need. They have a beauty section that all products are cruelty free and they give preference to organic and fair-trade products. They have tea leaves by the ounce. There's even a whole recycling area where you can drop off old sneakers, cork, denim, etc. and for the time being, Christmas lights! I found the layout to be simple and easy to navigate, clean and well lit, and a bit industrial as it is in a warehouse-like building. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Prices I felt overall were reasonable, if not on the high side. If you're conscious about how your products get to the supermarket and how they are made, MOM's takes a lot of that work away from you and you can rest assured that the products you buy here are usually going to be better than what you'll find elsewhere. You may not find all the brands you want or are used to, but someone made them a match for MOM's. Hopefully, you'll like that brand.”

“Some of the produce could have been a little fresher e.g. the organic avocados were a little to soft for my liking, but overall the store is okay. The vegan chocolate chip cookie was delicious.”

“I went in on July 4th (gotta make sure it works, right? Lol) and had no clue what to look for in a pre workout since I hadn’t had to use them before but was getting burnt out during my 2 a days. Cesar asked me a few questions to gauge what my needs might actually be and gave me a few suggestions and ultimately a great recommendation based on his personal experiences and uses (unless he was just selling me lol. Doubtful, though. He looked like he could throw some weights around.).A great, patient guy (especially during a holiday where I’m sure we’d all rather be with family), with the knowledge and experience to help guide my purchase. Thanks again, dude! It’s still working when I need it! Lol ??”

“Located off the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and by the Barnes Museum is a one stop Whole Foods, with free covered parking and ample parking spaces including those devoted for pick up orders, and handicap parking. This is a three level facility; the garage being the bottom floor, followed by the ground floor, and second floor shopping are accessible by elevator, stairs, or escalator. On the ground floor, Amazon purchases for pickup and return can be done with usually 2 staff members, along with a touch screen kiosk option. Notifications of your returns are provided to your account and email within 1-3 minutes. Also on the ground level is where you'll find refrigerated packages for online orders, for both delivery and pick up options. Delivery is a $9.95 fee, added onto your order. The second level is where the shopping level is located. There are fresh organic and non-organic options. Whole Foods has everything that a supermarket has, plus a barista station, a fine cheese, charcuterie, bath, and body, bulk goods by the pound, and health and wellness area. In addition, there are several merchants, located behind the cash register stations, such as Goldie, a pop up restaurant for Middle Eastern cuisine, and Izakaya for poke bowls or ramen. Both are exceptional. From Fresh baked goods, to wine, a deli, prepared foods, both hot and cold, an olive bar, seafood, poultry and meats, butchers, produce, frozen foods, a floral department, makeup, to paper goods, this store has it all, and it's constantly restocked, offering many items for sale, with special pricing for Amazon members. You have regular and self check out options, and helpful staff members throughout the store. For both the health conscious, and those that choose otherwise, there's a variety of items, some priced the same as your average supermarket, some above, and others below. Many world be surprised to find that the healthier items are better quality and lower priced than markets, which pack their shelves and aisles with food and beverages containing cancer causing and other life shortening ingredients, from preservatives, to food coloring, all which are banned in dozens of countries around the world, but ignored by the FDA. Nonetheless, Whole Foods is an excellent place to shop, which is often combined with stores such as Trader Joe's, and your local go to market. This location, in the heart of Philadelphia, and just outside Center City is a top notch, clean, sanitary, and multi-option shopping establishment.”

He gave some really solid info on different products and generally just had an awesome demeanor. Wasn't too pushy on upselling and made it a solid experience. I wish I caught his name, so he could get a raise.”
